Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe only minor thing that bothered me was that there is a timed ticket system for the breakfast room. I see the need during weekends when it gets crowded, but during weekdays it was never crowded so I don't think the timed tickets are necessary then. Other Japanese hotels implement this kind of system during buy seasons, but having to plan for when to eat added some stress to my mornings.
Perfect location across the street from Sapporo Station, good variety at breakfast, laundry room and hot tub, multiple room cleaning options for those who want cleaning every day vs. those (like me) who prefer not to be disturbed when resting in the mornings. Everything is run very efficiently. Also, the front staff were immediately helpful with an issue with my toilet, and solved the problem quickly.

SingaporeThe room is a bit small. We cannot find space to open two luggage if required. So this is only the bad point about the hotel. As I am travelling with my family, this may be a big consideration for family going out.
The breakfast is good for the price we paid, the location is just behind the Sapporo Station which is very convenient for our travel in Hokkaido. Especially during winter time, there is no need to travel for a long distance when we returned to Sapporo station from our trip. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good location near Sapporo station, this is where most of your trip will start.
