I like the view, it was crazy insane especially the open air onsen. Staffs are very nice and respectful towards guests.

The buffet line was not quite varied. I saw on the Google photo reviews, there were crab and salmon sashimi too, but when I got there however it was no where near what I expected. So I gotta be honest that I’m disappointed. Also it’s pretty isolated from the city. If you want to go out at night and come back, calling a cab would be your best option.

    The best view from Onsen.

Best if you have a car to get there as the location is far from the city center.

Location is in the hills overlooking Nagasaki. Have a good navigation system if driving. The location is very quiet. Fantastic night view from the outdoor onsen. Parking on-site. Dinner and breakfast buffets were good.

The front desk staff speak English and very felpful. The outdoor bath on the 11th floor had a great view.

School trip kids were noisy, but it wasn't the hotel's fault.

The view on the bay is spectacular (location, location, location), from the morning to the sunset. Definitely that was the plus of this hotel.

I assumed that a hotel being displayed on an international marketplace like Booking.com meant that is was somehow open to foreigners, and it's not what we experienced. The staff at check-in was not welcoming (nor speaking a word of English, but I'm French so I'm not shocked). I'd say the hotel has a style - from the 60s or 70s - and remains in this atmosphere. This hotel is adapted to big families (lots of Chinese/Taiwanese groups were present and seemed to have fun), not for us. Too bad we couldn't find out before.

Location is good with panoramic view of the city.

Room not clean. Can hear noise in the hallway at night(sound insulation for the room not good). Too many people in the Onsen.

Nice view over the city. Friendly staff.

Too expensive for its value. Facilities slightly outdated. Dinner and breakfast were buffet self-service. Atmosphere of restaurant somewhat canteen-like. Food quality was okay but not worth the price. Place is rather far off the city center.
