Good: Price, location, bed was clean and comfortable, light & power outlet on bed Bad: very small bathroom for each room, cleanliness of the whole place a little questionable, have to put on bedsheet yourself All in all the place was ok for the one night and price I paid (15€) and I would choose it again just to sleep for one night But I won't stay there for much longer, since it's really quite run down and you can see that it's not cleaned often. For example there is dust everywhere.There is also no staff, you need to do a self check-in, but this didn't bother me. If you're looking for a place to hang out and meet other travelers, this is not the right place. But if you just need a place to sleep for 1-2 nights, it's ok.

Bathroom and toilet in the room is really annoying, you can't sleep proparly. There is a bar but always closed. So weird hostel, you see no one working there, check in and check out on a tablet. I staid randomly there cause I needed a stop.

I staid one more night cause I met great people there. And As no one there, it feels like we were at friend's place.

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, big window didn't have a curtain, roof top not available even though its shown in photos as usable. No staff on site. There is supposed to be a bar at the entry open from 6pm and coffee in the morning but i was there 2 nights and it was never open.

I basically had the room to myself. it also had aircon which was great.

The bar was closed. The other guest snores and I could not sleep the whole night. Otherwise, the facility is very well kept and clean.

Really expensive! I end here because I get stuck in Kofu. Noisy, from your room you can ear the people at bar just downstairs. The bathroom is a cabin who is in the room. So you can hear everyone using it anytime.

The little common space is a bit messy but comfy. And you can find the necessary. The staff seem very nice.

When I first arrived I thought the place is closed. The smell was not pleasant, everything is messy and fortunately no staff was around. I’m hoping that the owner of the place will return to operate the place in a serious and pleasant way for the traveler. The potential is definitely visible and it seems that before the covid-19 there was a good activity in the place.

The guesthouse is in a good location. I was just myself in the traditional tatami room and it was good. The room is small and not fitting for four strangers people. Very nice kid was carrying on the place.

I was a little scared because there are no handrails on the stairs.

I arrived outside check-in hours, so I only spoke to the staff on the phone. I learned how to do self check-in and how to get the key. Other people were sleeping in my place, so I had no choice but to use the upper bunk. I had a hard time getting down because the ladder was at a right angle. However, the people in the same room seemed to go to the mountains, and when I woke up, they were gone. I didn't see anyone during my stay. It was a strange hotel. Thanks to you, I could use the room as much as I wanted.

The A/C in room 201 does not work, and it got so hot that it was difficult to sleep. There is no fan either. Opening the window didn't help either as this was the middle of summer. There is no staff and no response to any of the questions I sent via booking.com. Not a problem in winter but in summer? It felt like hell in room 201.

You don't have to leave the room to shower and use toilet; a plus in the mornings as long as it's not full.

It's comfortable enough to stay one night but don't expect much.

I really wanted to like this place. The photos made it look fun, lively and social. I was surprised when I walked in that there was no one to greet us. It was just an iPad check in and you get the key from a box. In the photos, it looked like there was an active bar to socialize and meet people but the lights were off and it was being used as a storage area. It was just a mess. The kitchen and shared space looked sad and the further I went into the guest house and up to my room, I honestly felt like I was paying a lot of money to feel like a squatter. At least we had our one private washroom and the room itself was okay. I had booked the room for 2 people but they only had one set of towels so I went downstairs to see how I could get in touch with staff. There was a landline with a phone number to call. They apologized and did bring the towels eventually but I just felt like this place was missing the mark on everything.

It was kind-of a weird vibe when I got there. No staff in the evening or morning when I was there. I didn't meet anyone else. Just music playing in the kitchen...it felt a bit weird. But nothing went wrong and they gave good directions on the check-in.

It is walking distance from the train station (about 10-15 minutes). Close to 7-11, places to eat. No one else had booked the dormitory so I had that all to myself! Comfortable.

Bathroom and room were very small. Significantly less privacy than desired. Facilities seemed a bit ramshackle. Would recommend trying to find another place to stay if you can.

maybe it was just the time of year but there wasn't any real vibe to the place. not a deal breaker, but if you're looking to meet people I personally didn't have any luck. also the common room/kitchen area could do with a bit more cleaning. I had a food wrapper that i put down for a minute and it was covered in fruit flies when I picked it back up again.

a pretty good guesthouse for a good price. this guesthouse is about a 5-10 minute walk to the station, all flat and pretty much all straight. there's a family mart about 5 minutes away which is nice, and many restaurants and bars closer towards the station. check in was easy and contactless,bed were comfy enough, and rooms were pretty clean. bathrooms could be cleaner but nothing outwardly dirty, and they are in the rooms. there is a bar downstairs, but I personally never saw any staff members during my whole stay. overall for the price, it was decent enough for a couple nights stay but probably not many more.

Floors and hallways were simply concrete slabs. A little touch up would have been nice. Also the walls in the room were damaged and didn’t give the place the best look. Greater attention to the upkeep and standard of the facilities is needed.

Price point is low. Common area for meeting other guests/travelers is conveniently located near the entrance to connect socially

I can't believe Booking.com has this accommodation on their list. This place is horrendous. This is a run-down place, it's disgusting, absolutely not comfortable and one of the worst experiences I've ever had in accommodation. This place should be closed down.

Almost everything was bad.

The bar looked cool in the pictures and that’s about it. We stayed in a private room. The digital check in process was a pain, the room was not clean. Left over trash from previous guests and a buildup of disgust in the bathroom and around the room was gross. I get this is budget accommodations but that is no excuse for poor cleaning, curtains that do not block light or cover windows, and an ac that cannot cool the room. Easily could be improved with decent cleaning throughout the facility and some care into customer experience. I would stay anywhere else.
