Very comfortable stay and nice hotel, the staff were all very friendly. Khaled was proactive and contacted me in advance and arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport. Jack checked me in later at night and was very nice and helpful. Next day Khaled was there and went above and beyond to help sort out my day. Really appreciated guys! Keep it up! Will definitely book with them again.

I’m usually quite pessimistic when it comes to boutique hotels. However, JD is so high tht I thought I’d give Zaman Ya Zaman a try. To my surprise, Khaled greeted us at the car even before we introduced ourselves. We had just arrived from a long journey from Dana to Wadi Mujib to Mount Nebo, and this small gesture truly touched my heart. Thank you, Khaled. The receptionist guy - Jack was very helpful, and the breakfast staff was so kind. The room was neat and clean, and the Roman Theatre is literally just across the road. Truly great value for money! Thanks, Khaled and Jack, for making our stay memorable.

It’s a bit noisy, no windows in the room and the wifi had sometimes issues. But that’s only small things. Overall very good stay!

Very clean room. Super nice and helpful staff! They helped me when the wifi was not working and even offered me another room. Breakfast is amazing!! Delicious Vegetarian options as well!

I was eelcomed by Khalid who is an absolute gem. He was so warm and easy to talk to and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The property staff are really welcoming and helpful, the property is located infront of the Roman Theater . It’s cozy , unique .The breakfast is very tasty and generous . We had nice bread , Zaid u Zatar , omelets , labaneh ,marmalade, Hummus, olives and much more .The area of the center of the town is interesting, lots of cafes and affordable restaurants.The receptionist provides you with all the information you need to tour around and they know how to welcome tourists .

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is right in the heart of Amman and within walking distance of many of the city’s best places to visit. Also, the breakfast is excellent. It’s very well worth paying a little extra.

Khaled and Amer were very welcoming and gave us good tips where to visit in Amman and the best restaurants. They were very helpful giving updated information regarding the situation at the airport. The terrasse has a nice view overlooking the amphitheater and the room was very clean. We had a very pleasant stay here, many thanks!
