Everything was excellent. The villa is equipped with all the comforts and amenities for enjoyment. Communication with the manager was perfect. The host deserves more than a 10 out of 10 rating. Response to any request was very fast. It is the best place around the Dead Sea and the top choice. The guard, Murad, was excellent. This villa truly deserves this rating and even more.

Value for money should be improved. For this price I’d expect more attention to details. Example: general maintenance of umbrellas, kitchen and bathrooms. Closer attention to kitchen and bathroom cleanliness, more and newer pots and utensils for a more comfortable longer stay. Cleaner bedsheets, more comfortable pillows and mattresses.

Wonderful villa, clean pool, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, great location and privacy. Loved the private entrance and parking. Amazing customer service and availability to help. Thank you!

Remember that it has the same entrance as the Ramadan hotel, just to the opposite site.

The house has it all! It’s amazing with a fabulous pool, a complete grill and everything you need inside the house. It’s located only 5 minutes from the mall where you can get some groceries at the market and also have some meals at the restaurants.

The property needs so maintenance, specifically some of the furnishings such as the umbrellas. Although the property is non smoking, it seems previous guests smoked inside which wasn't particularly great. Especially for non smokers.

I'm a bit disappointed for the gym, but that is our fault as we didn't check the contract but the pictures. Internet was very slow (not usable for work conf call). I hope they will fix it for other guest. Hopefully, with orange operator network outside work well, it is total possible to work. They still haven't put pictures in the frames in the villa, I think they should especially that jordan as a lot of beautiful landacape to offer

The villa is in good condition, close to amman and closer to the dead sea. The swimming pool is really refreshing. We didn't expect to spend a lot of time there, a day to petra from here is a lot of road. If you want to have the sun on the swimming pool mostly in the afternoon I'll recommend to take the more expensive villa, as the one we rented was without dead sea view and the sun was mostly in the morning. The pool table is only for a specific villa, so as the gym. To avoid any misunderstanding, I suggest you contact the host first if you want to use them. They offer a lot of towels for shower and pool. Also, there is a lot of ice in the freezer, and water is included. Checking in or out was a smooth process, and they understood the necessity to have a business call on check out time. The swimming pool is beautiful and bbq fully furnished with all the necessary tools. Overall, I can only recommend it. Thank you

Everything you need and more! We had a brilliant time in this beautiful villa. Spacious pool area with outdoor kitchen, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The Interior is new and everything very clean. Sad we couldn't stay longer :)

We would have loved to stay longer!

We were messaged to arrange a time to pickup the keys, and sent directions via Whatsapp (it's a bit tricky to find!). The apartment is absolutely stunning - spotlessly clean, great facilities, everything you'd need for a stay, and a really nice pool. We absolutely loved staying here. The pool table was a good addition too. Secure car parking is on-site. We used a small supermarket just over the main road from the apartment, and would recommend it in case you need any basics (search for 'dead sea market' on Google). If you want to go in the Dead Sea, we visited the Ramada Dead Sea resort for a day-pass. It's only a few minutes drive away from the property and we'd recommend it - also for the buffet.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.

The property exceeded all our expectations. The pool and jacuzzi, were clean and neat. The jacuzzi had a phenomenal view, overlooking the Dead Sea. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to enjoy group activities as well as have a solo retreat by the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic equipment. The host of the property went above and beyond to help us with every question and requirement. The supervisor of the property was helpful and very friendly. Overall there were no negatives to our stay. We even were able to extend our stay with no problems at all.
