I was kindly upgraded to Beirut 2 by the team as this was their newer hotel. I have stayed here previously and loved it so much that I came back. It is the best value for money hotel in Amman and perhaps even Jordan. I unfortunately paid more for other hotels on my trip and none of them could compare. I experienced quite a few other hotels on my trip and this would be my favourite. The room was spacious and clean with a large King bed and a large bathroom too. The staff here are amazing and were able to assist whenever I needed them, including laundry services and advice regarding restaurants etc.

Fantastic hotel. We were in Beirut 1 bt got moved to 2 as there were too many flights of stairs so was difficult for my elder mother. The receptions in 1 was brilliant for facilitating this. The hosts in 2 were brilliant, Sam and I cant remember the name of the second host, but both were helpful, kind and friendly. BTW guys i got into Palestine.

The hotel itself offers basic amenities, but everything was clean, functional, and good value for the price. If you're looking for a simple, no-frills place in a prime location, this is a solid choice. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the reception staff — especially Sofian and Muhammed. They went out of their way to assist me in so many ways: from helping me recover after a long, hot day in the sun, to recommending a reliable taxi app, to ensuring I got a fair deal on my airport transfer. Their kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made me feel incredibly supported and looked after. I’m super grateful to both of them for their help and for making my stay in Amman so memorable. If you’re visiting the city and want a central, affordable, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel — especially thanks to its outstanding staff.

This is the second time I stayed here and everything was great again. The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and the people are always kind and helpful. I am sure it won’t be my last time here.

The room was very small and there was some traffic noise at night however this should be expected due to the central location. For the extremely reasonable price I cannot fault Beirut Hotel 1. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of downtown and the staff were very friendly and spoke impeccable English. Communication in advance of my stay regarding special requests was also fantastic. The price for the room was incredible given the location.

Small bathroom, but it was okay for one night

Really friendly staff! They prepared vegan food for us and the breakfast was really nice! If you need a cheap hotel in the city centre that is a really good option for this price :)
