It was the most beautiful 3 nights in Al Bustan Bait Al Karam, it was a great atmosphere in terms of calm and staff, the host Mohammed and his family were at the top of the magnificence, I thank um Mohammed for her wonderful food, the dinner is delicious prepared at home, I recommend visiting Al Bustan House and getting to know this generous family.

We were a group of 3 travelling in Jordan and decided to stay at Al Bustan Guesthouse. Our stay was excellent! The host Mohammad was extremely nice and very communicative, and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms are comfortable and the view from the balcony is sublime, overlooking the ancient ruins and the green valleys of northern Jordan. Next time in Um Qais, we will definitely be coming back to Al Bustan. Thank you Mohammad!

It was a truly amazing experience in an impeccably clean, beautifully furnished house. The house is spacious and well-equipped whereas the panorama is breathtaking both in the morning and evening. The archeological park is literally next door and also visible from the house. Our host was always very helpful and flexible during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic on the terrace, however, the real highlight was the home-cooked dinner - we had the best mansaf of our life, accompanied by delicious side dishes. We will surely be back in the future!

Friendly, handsome and generous host, the house is very clean and all supplies are there, strong wifi, very tasty dinner with delicious local made breakfast, we went on a border tour with Mohammed's father it was great, his father has enough information about his area, thank you very much Mo you and your family for his hospitality.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the Roman ruins. Fantastic views of the ruins and the surrounding countryside from the large balcony. Extremely clean and had everything you would need. Walked 20 minutes at night to a great restaurant, Yamama (5 minutes by car). Had a good breakfast as an extra, but at 5 JOD each we thought slightly pricey.

Amazing stay with beautiful views, ultra clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, extremely helpful and accommodating host, and delicious dinner and breakfast provided. It is a little tricky to find, even if very close to the main road, so do ring the host for directions!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment offers a gorgeous view of the old town and breathtaking surrounding landscapes—truly a picture-perfect setting. Rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Morning provided us with an astonishing breakfast spread, full of fresh, delicious options. This is a wonderful corner of Umm Qais. The host welcomed us warmly and offered us wonderful hospitality. The location is very quiet and has a stunning view of the archaeological site. We had a wonderful dinner prepared by Umm Mohammed, which was locally made and very delicious. The photos on the booking site do not do it justice. The reality is even more beautiful. The terrace in the morning with the sound of the birds was wonderful, along with the view. I highly recommend booking breakfast, it was delicious.

Beit Al Bustan was a breath of fresh air after a long day in the sun. Mohammed was a wonderful host, providing delicious meals prepared with local ingredients, accommodating last-minute reservations, and providing an overall wonderful experience. I was very pleased with my experience, as my friends and I enjoyed a homemade meal with a stunning panoramic view, giving us an unforgettable experience. It's such a beautiful place that I felt like abandoning all my plans and staying here for the rest of the summer.

Delicious breakfast with an amazing view

Amazing appartment located in the heart of Um Qais surrounded by scenic nature. Area is full of peace and tranquility. Um Mohamad is a star chef and provided us with the most authentic local cousine including the ever best tasting maklouba and mansaf.. The parents of Muhammad are super nice and treated us as members of their own family. His father knows the whole history of the area and our trip with him was beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

Best location in Umm Qais!

The views from the balcony are stunning! Mo and his family were very welcoming. The apartment is large, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen seems well equipped with a large table and chairs. The living room is traditional with cushions to sit on but no chairs. Breakfast was lovely and all home made by Mos mother. Lots of nice Jordanian tea and also coffee. I had a bit of a cough and Mo brought me a natural remedy that seemed to help. It's a bit noisy from the apartment below at night so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise like I am. My earplugs worked great and I slept really well.

The shower in one of the bathrooms had no pressure but the second bathroom was fine so it wasn't an issue. Be prepared to be asked to leave a review from the minute you arrive until you actually do it.
