Unforgettable wonderful hotel. Everything literally was perfect the staff is always smiling. The gave us a bigger room . Cleaning so fast while eating. The dinner.. no word to say . Is perfect so delicious also the breakfast. Even the manager served us in breakfast. Nothing is bad

My reservation was for two suites. Unfortunately, since I have my four kids , the hotel didn't have two suites side to side. So they downgraded to classic room. On the other hand, they made it up for me by giving me three dinners and two days of access to the water park.

I like the prompt response from the staff 👍, the breakfast was very delicious 😋 . I want to specially thank Mr Nader for the help with the rooms.

Its not that i like or not but the hotel have policies not to bring food from outside(delivery) i can understand this they have huge restaurants. But you can bring the food and eat outside the hotel at lobby

The perfect place from which to stay and explore Aqaba. Very elegant, clean, comfortable and warm room. Plenty of Space. Can’t be better. Great interior and really excellent breakfast, nice and clean pool area and Beach . Friendly welcoming staff trying to assist and make your stay as memorable as possible. The hotel is central within easy reach of shops, eating places and beach. Would definitely recommend Thank you! And will certainly be back.
