Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff is friendly and willing to help, the place is clean, the hotel looks stunning, the food at Tamara's restaurant was enjoyable, and the breakfast was also very rich.

Amazing staff. Very kind, very professional, so special. Two of us were celebrating our wedding anniversary and your people went far, far beyond our dreams and expectations. They made us fell like we celebrated this occasion with family and friends, thanks for that. We will remember this forever. Flowers, gift, everything! Unfortunetly, we don't remember all staff names, but our dinner at Zenith was memorable thank to Sohaib. And during our last day breakfast we were surprised again by a delicious love pancake and wishes and best spa treament that we ever had. We travel a lot, but this place is on the very top of hospitality.
