When I came for breakfast at 9:30, it was not arranged, and there was little food. At night, there was a noise from outside due to a car.

The Drainage On The Bathroom Just Need To Do Maintenance Due Drainage Was slowly blocking the waterflow to the drainage.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The window was not soundproof at all and we could hear all the ACs of the opposite building during the night. That was making a lot of noise. We also had to ask the reception to add new toilet paper as there was none left when we got our room.

There was one thing that my team dont like on the hotel. Its about smoking. We were surprise that people can smoke free on the hotel. So i think they have to forbidd smoking.

we have visited hotels when it was full. there were teenagers were smoking cigarettes inside lift or common area where staff has no controlle on such behavior.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great—the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the pool area was just amazing. Called the property the following day after check I have forgotten a small item in the room and the receptionist who took my call said she will look into it with housekeeping and ring me back . But never did .

The rooms are not isolated from street noise, which is annoying between 18 and 00 o'clock. I wished the rooms were soundproof.

The only thing I can think about is the lack of fruits for breakfast.

Location of the accommodation is great, close to the best restaurants and shops. Lots of parking spots nearby or even in front of the hotel. The lady from the reception even upgraded our room for free and gave us information regarding how to spend our time in Aqaba. The hotel has also a free shuttle bus that will take you to a private beach club.

Nice enough hotel in the centre of Aqaba. Probably too close to the centre as we found the street noise quite loud at night. Housekeeping were also inexplicably hoovering up to midnight, which was incredibly loud. We weren't sleeping anyway but would be very frustrating if you wanted an early night. Reception staff and security were very friendly, but the staff at breakfast were not - it seemed like they were very put out that we asked them to make us eggs (at the live egg station...) and just generally weren't friendly.
