Lovely establishment located very conveniently. A short walk from many beautiful shops, eateries and pubs. The Citadel is also close by. The room was lovely, spacious and kept spotless. Breakfast was served by friendly staff.

The receptionist knew it is my birthday and did a complimentary upgrade to 1 bedroom spacious well designed apartment. It was such an amazing gesture, you made my day. The Front office and buffet staff were so helpful and kind.

There was nothing we did not like!!!

Stayed at this hotel with my brother and sister. Initially booked from 7th to 14th June 2025 (but world events meant we had to extend our stay for a few more days) Booked a 2 bedroom suite for a week. From the moment we arrived, we were met by a porter who took our luggage and was very welcoming. We checked in by staff who were also very warm and welcoming. The 2 bedroom suite was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette, which was spotlessly clean. The bathrooms had robes, slippers, and toiletries. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of options, and the staff at breakfast were so very friendly and attentive. We had room service for 3 days, which was quick, and the food was very tasty! The hotel is located near many restaurants, and Rainbow Street is within walking distance or a short taxi ride. There is a gym and pool on the 4th floor but didn't use any of these facilities but relaxed on the many loungers on the 4th floor with great views of the city. On the 3rd floor there is a free laundry which was excellent and we were able to leave the hotel with all our clothes washed and dried. Due to the Israel-Iran war, our flight back home was cancelled and we had to rebook our flight which was again cancelled and we had to get a ferry to Egypt and get a flight from Egypt back home. We had to book 3 extra nights at the hotel due to the cancelled flights and reception staff gave us a slightly cheaper rate, which we much appreciated. ALL staff were fabulous!! Overall, it was a fantastic, impeccable, exceptional experience. Wonderful city, wonderful people, and highly recommended!!

5 stars is not enough – our home away from home in Amman! Staying at The House Boutique and Suites was an absolute blessing. Five stars truly don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family — especially Hosni, Abu Khalid, Atef, and Ibrahim. Their kindness, professionalism, and constant support went above and beyond anything we expected. We were unexpectedly stuck in Amman due to political circumstances in the region, and the entire team did everything they could to make us feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and every request was met with a smile and immediate attention. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and fresh options every morning. But what truly makes this place special is the people — their warmth and hospitality made a difficult situation so much easier. We will always remember The House Boutique as more than a hotel — it truly became our home in Amman. We can’t thank the team enough and will absolutely stay here again.

Laundry machines did not all equally work well; the left one did not spin/dispense soap, the drying machines (most of them) dis not fully dry clothes after 3h of use.

The superior apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable. Good sized bathrooms. Amazing breakfast and staff. Literally a 8-10 min walk to Rainbow street. Great leisure facilities, good size outside pool with fab views of Amman.
