The owner is super friendly. The food taste are superb tasty and big portion. Just only USD 10 per pax and it was so worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wifi connection is very fast and stable. The house is very near to Archeological site of Jerash.

The water pressure is low during morning hours.

The Important thing is, this property is very near to the Jerash Archeological site. The Roman Ruin city is just walkable distance away. Our host was a really nice guy, He was always available in a WhatsApp message if we need anything. If you are planning to stay in Jerash in your Jordan tour, This is a good option.

Very welcoming and friendly staff that was very eager to help me with anything i could probably need. Clean and spacious.

Basically, big parts of the place are more or less a construction site atm. But this is only temporary, for sure!

When you stay here, you are treated like family. They do whatever they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The evening I arrived, their son, Ashraf, brought Turkish coffee to welcome me. Then he drove me to a place where I could get some dinner. Another evening the family brought stuffed zucchini for me. Ash checked on me twice a day by Whatsapp, just to see if I needed anything. They are such nice and hospitable people. The breakfast is delicious! The bed is big and comfortable. The shower is hot and has good water pressure. They have a washer, so I was able to do laundry. The internet is fast and reliable. It is located within easy walking distance of the archeological park. It is an incredible value for the price! I highly, highly recommend it!

The only thing I think other potential customers should know is that there is a school across the street where kids play football most of the day. It can be quite noisy. Of course, this is completely beyond the control of the property owners. Maybe request a room on the opposite side of the house if this will be a bother. I used my earplugs and airpods. It was fine for me.

The owner/staff are friendly and accomodating. They’ll cook hot breakfast upon request.

The unit (2 bedroom) they gave us is not the same in the pictures. Only 1 unit is the same in the picture which is rented by other guest. It is still under construction, there is no ac, appliances are not yet installed. We request if there is available room with an aircon because we have a baby. They offered us the other room in the furnished unit and shared with the other guest. We are separated with our family members. They did not sleep comfortably. I hope they didn’t offer the unit if its not furnished yet. It was expectation vs not the reality. No garbage cans inside the toilet. I hope they would improve their service, be honest in promoting their apartment and not in a rush to rent it out if it was not yet completed. Quality is better than quantity.

Quick response, great communication with the host and his family. Clean and tidy room with a good air conditioner. Quiet environment for nice sleep. Convenient shuttle service between Black Iris and the archeological site by the host. Enjoyed the meal his wife cooked. Black Iris has everything you want.

Superb breakfast provided by the hosts on request; thank you! They also responded as quickly as possible to our very last-minute booking and were amenable wherever possible throughout, with Google Translate helping us all to get along.

Excellent breakfast and perfect location to visit Jerash. Very clean room with the possibility of using a common kitchen.

The apartment was clean and quiet, even there was a school in front of our bedroom. We drove with the car (5minutes) to Jerash Archaeological side and there was a free parking

When we woke up, we got a tea delivered in the apartment. That was a sweet suprise!

The place is clean, spacious, new and cool. Close to the archaeological sites 200 meters away. The owner of the place was hospitable and kind. If allowed, I would definitely choose the place again. I recommend this apartment to everyone.
