Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was spacious, comfortable, and truly enjoyable, perfect for relaxing. A big shoutout to the amazing receptionist, Sally, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and absolutely made my day. shes such a sweetheart! also, thanks to Bashar, the housekeeper, who did a great job keeping my room spotless.

We booked an Uber based on the given address, only to find multiple towers and buildings upon arrival. Additionally, breakfast was served in a different building from where we were staying. The staff in the first building we entered were not very welcoming, but in contrast, the staff in our actual building were very friendly, smiling, and helpful.
The location in Boulevard East offers easy access to nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious.

KuwaitI expected more on the following aspects: Staff welcome was not as prospective as it should be. The facility itself was good in terms of cleanness, general atmosphere, location however lack of required serenity. The most annoying point was the security at fron entrance, but not the back one to the boulevard, they insisted to security check at every time, despite the fact knowing that this is the hotel guest whereas they have all the guest's info. I never faced such an issue in any other five-stars hotel in my travel history.
