There is nobody manning the reception and opening and closing the front door can get tricky at times. I did not have any trouble but my travel partner was unable to open the front door to the lobby area even though we had the auto-open card/tap device. The apartment is safe and the owners live next door. So, they keep an eye out for you. You are very safe! This is extremely important! Everything else is fine and up to standard. You have to clean your apartment yourself. Keep this in mind. There is no room service. Room service can be made available for you but at an extra cost. Other than the front lobby door there is nothing to complain about. Awesome value for money!!!! Extremely kind owners and host. The owners want to make your stay comfortable.

The Executive Apartments are located in a good part of town and up on a hill on Ballout Street. It has huge parking lot; so if you have a vehicle, there is ample parking space. The apartments are compact and are fully loaded. The kitchen is fully functional. It has everything- an electric 2 burner stove, pots and pans, large frying pan (non-stick) and a small frying pan, cutlery (forks, knives, teaspoons, serving spoons, openers, wine bottle opener, the works), glasses of different sizes, pyrex dishes for you to serve your food in after cooking it, sparkling white plates, spatulas, electric kettle, microwave, 2-door refrigerator and a very efficient toaster. The apartment is fully equipped with two aircons which are heaters in winters keeping you warm; as Amman can get very cold. I travelled in winter i.e. Mid December 2024. Izaat the person who comes to hand over keys etc cannot speak English but he has a translator app on his phone and manages to convey and is receptive to what you have to say. Izaat is helpful, and well-meaning. Izaat is resourceful and can get you going with whatever you require when you first come to Amman. The bedroom has a huge wardrobe, very modern and is equipped with an electric iron and a collapsible ironing table. It has a folding clothes rack for drying clothes. There is an inbuilt washing machine under the kitchen counter, very useful for long stays. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa. Modern furniture making your stay confortable. This is besides the large kitchen counter space. The bathroom is a bit dark and cold and unattractive but is very clean. All apartments have a large balcony, which is a huge bonus. I had a very comfortable stay and coming home to the apartment was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing or travelling to Jerash or to the Citadel. I cooked breakfast and it was easy, with everything made available in the kitchen. There are several general stores that sell you eggs, bread, mineral water, oil.

Traffic is a bit noisy, but you get used to it

It's not a hotel, we came to amman because I had total knee replacement surgery and couldn't go home straight away, too much pain, so we stopped here, it's an apartment, it's excellent, fair price and the lads in the tire shop got me a chair when I was waiting for a taxi. Stay here, it's well worth it

Location is not the best..there are no near good supermarkets.. you can order food of groceries by phone, garage is somehow tight and if you have a medium SUV it could be a nightmare parking or getting out

The bathroom didn’t have a vanity or shelves next to the sink. It’s the only thing that could be added to this lovely place.

Everything. The pictures didn’t do justice to the quality of the room I was in, and the building as a whole. After 11 months of constant travel, this felt so much like a homely studio apartment that I added extra days just so I could relax and enjoy it. The bed is sublime with high quality pillows, and linen that feels like silk to sleep on. Such a rarity in accommodation. The kitchen was small but well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils/pots. All the appliances are high quality. The washing machine is such a bonus when you’re travelling. Wi-fi was stable and fast. The apartment is on a busy main road, but has a great view over the city. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. There is a roll down shutter which cuts down light and noise considerably (thought not completely soundproof). Lots of cupboard space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to both uptown and downtown. Would highly recommend it.

New property. It had everything we needed. Communication was great. The garage available on the base floor was super convenient for us. If we need to stay once again in Amman we will choose this apartment.

The apartment is safe, secure, and exceptionally clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities. The washing machine inside the apartment was an added bonus with a rack to hang and dry clothes. Iron and ironing board was provided. Prayer Rug available. Mosque, food market and restaurants nearby. This is an excellent apartment complex. I highly recommend it.

Nothing. Just to say that driving in Amman can be very stressful due to heavy traffic, one way streets, hilly sharp turns on narrow streets and drivers who has no road courtesy. They love to honk for everything! So navigating to the apartment on the first day was a bit hectic but you eventually get used to it.

Apartment is new with all the facilities of home away from home. King Bed was comfortable, has a full kitchen, as well as washing machine, with rack to put clothing to dry on the balcony. Our host Samer was vey helpful and accommodating!

The studio itself was not too nice. It was spacious and clean, but the furniture looked somewhat tired. I found that the towels stored for me were dirty - but i asked the manager to change them, and he did it very fast, and the fresh ones were good, so that was okay. Unfortunatley, back then I did not check the bedsheets, and for the first 3 nights I was so tired, that I was falling asleep without looking at anything. When I finally went to bed on the next night, I found out that the sheets did not look entirely clean too: I found a lot of someone's hair in there, which were definitely not mine, because I have long blond hair, and those were short and very dark. There were ants in the bathroom. Not many, but i've seen a few every day. There is little space in bathroom to put your things.

Location. Being a female solo traveler, I always pay extra attention to the location of the property, and this one was superb. Not only it is quite close to the center, but the area itself is very nice. Just around the corner there is a Maestro bar, and it is the first one among many others that you can find about 100 meters farther. There are few streets with trendy hipster cafes, bars, and shops there, which work through the whole day until late. There are many relaxed and seemingly happy people in these streets just having good time and enjoying themselves. The atmosphere is very friendly and nice. There are no pushy traders, which you inevitable meet in touristy places, neither extra loud music. It is a perfect, safe, beautiful location, where a lot of local people and a lot of foreigners go to work at the laptop, have some coffee, or meet up with friends. The vibe is amazing. The host was extremely nice. He was fast in communication on Booking.com, very attentive to my requests and wishes, he explained very well the directions towards the propetry (I have seen in other reviews some people had trouble finding the place - but for me it was pretty straightforward). They have very convenient "pay at the property" policy, so you can simply pay upon your arrival and don't have to do it in advance. The manager who met me to give me the keys and explain all the details about my stay did not speak English, but it was okay: he used google translate on his phone when we needed to discuss any extra questions. He was quick to react when I had some requests, like to change towels, for example - answered in no time, and brought them very quickly. Room was equipped with all necessary things. There was a kitchenette with dishes, a double bed, a rather big wardrobe, a private bathroom with a shower, which had nice water temperature and good water pressure, drying rack, ironing board, a balcony with a very nice view at the busy street and panorama of Amman.
