Once I booked in booking , one of the stuff contact me to explain what the property is look like , this attitude gave me sense of safety & honesty about them , I told him I am aware what I book for it , I know it is not fancy , luxury hotel .. it is so simple country hotel which I love to live these moments .. but I thank God for the success and the good choice 👍🏻 Location: Excellent for those who love local vibes, traditional food, and local shops. Safety: Everywhere feels safe, and this is truly a blessing 🤍 The place: It’s basically serviced hotel rooms, which was clear from the pictures and the booking. I stayed in a suite on the first day because my flight arrived late at night, and on the second day I moved to my original booking, which was a double room 💐 Are there things missing in the rooms? Yes, since these are serviced hotel rooms, not a full hotel. Things like a hairdryer, slippers, facial tissues, and towels were not provided I am aware of it , so I bring with me 🥰 Other notes: • Air conditioning is excellent. • Beds are excellent. • Cleanliness is very good 🤍 Breakfast: Traditional, and it really feels like being at home 🤗 Finally: The staff, from the oldest to the youngest, are all kind and blessed people. May God grant them happiness and provision from where they don’t expect 💐 Would I repeat the experience with them? Yes. Final note: I wish they could provide laundry and ironing service, and then everything would be perfect 👍🏻 Best regards.

A/C was would switch off at night, every night disturbs sleep. However I was told by management they are refurbishing all rooms.

I liked everything except finding a free parking space nearby. (however this is not within control of the hotel) There is a paid parking right next to the hotel which costs 5JD per night.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sandra Hotel. The room was big spotless and so was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and bed linnen clean Bathroom was spotless and there was hot water within a minute. Also staff is truly friendly Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to main attractions

This hotel is located in downtown Amman. It is in such a fantastic location - walking distance from great food and amazing attractions. The staff are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are satisfied.

We stayed at Sandra Hotel for 4 nights and felt so welcomed by Yahia and his wonderful team. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was delicious and they helped us plan out our 10-day trip in Jordan with so much care and attention. A big thank you to Saber, our driver, who took us all around Jordan. He was amazing - always smiling, super flexible, and really listened to what we wanted. We felt completely safe with him and couldn’t have asked for a better guide on the road. Thanks again to everyone at Sandra Hotel. You made our stay truly special!

The room was a bit noisy, due to the small gap, that prevented properly closing the window. They acknowledged and made a note about is and promised repair.

They were flexible with the breakfast time as we had to leave earlier in the morning. Also arranged taxi to the Dead Sea and to the airport for a good price. Staff was alwas helpful, professional and very kind.

The structure is simple, but it really has everything you need. In the hall, you can drink tea and coffee at any time, or just have a chat on the sofas. The room is equipped with everything you normally need (for Italians: you won't miss the bidet! 😂). But the real strong point of this structure is its staff. They are all extremely kind and available, and they know how to give you any kind of advice, where to move, how, what is best to do in the time you have, where to eat... we were really pleased! A special thanks to Amjad, and Saber, our super driver! Our stay in Amman was short, but you made it very enjoyable, thank you!

The staff was lovely, very caring and helpful with a lot of touristic advices. They also help you to organize your stay. The hotel location is great, in the old town and near many touristic places. A special mention for Abdelillah who was very kind and helpful, and for Sabar who was kind and caring.

AC worked but dripped condensation on the floor. Noisy from the vehicle and repeat audio recordings from the big street and mosque, even at night. Need better window sound insulation. Bathroom was clean but smelled strongly of cleaning agent fumes. Staff member at checkout asked for a 10 star review and for me to do it in front of him. This defeats the review system if someone is watching you do it. Make your hotel a 10 if you want a 10. Don't inflate artificially please. Overall, the stay was ok but not good.

Location, although noisy, was convenient to find and convenient distance to major tourist sites. Most of the staff were nice and helpful (one staff member came off pushy on the tours but it wasn't bad) Staff member at checkout solicited what could be improved for future. Held my bag for a few hours until my flight.
