Poor treatment upon arrival at the resort before 12 PM

A wonderful stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The resort is perfect for relaxation, but I would like to note that the new management decision not to allow guests to use the facilities before 12 PM can be inconvenient, especially as other hotels in the area offer more flexibility.

The bed sheets in the apartment were not clean

Nice studio spacious and it has everything located in a quite part of the resort. Food at the restaurant is good . The access to the beach is very well designed .

The electric kettle was not working. I was not given a WiFi code because no staff member was available to provide details. Remember to carry cash for the apartment payment..but also note that they might not even have change for less than 10 dinar. The cash payment could have been addressed better if there was good check in service. Anyways the people at the place were kind and they tired to be helpful as much as possible, despite the language barrier. I still think it’s a good place.

The property is directly at the Red Sea and I was the only one at the sea during my time. There’s mud and salt available to use on your body.

The location was pretty peaceful and quite, the apartment is great and has everything you need, the pools were clean and regularly maintained, if you want to go to the private beach, you can ask any of the staff workers (who are super friendly by the way) they instantly get you a gulf cart to take you there. Note that aside from the resort, there's not much to be done, there is a shopping mall, that has a few restaurants and that's it, but overall great getaway spot.

Maids are not allowed to swim with kids in the main pool, my point of view it's kind of cretisizim, plus making it a nightmare for families or partners who have kids and want to enjoy special moments without kids, if I was the owner I will dafenatly allow access to Maids to all pools, as they r already vacinated from all diseases

Simply a luxury 5 star hotel, and u can take all your food,drinks,music with u. U feel u owen the place, many pools,good restaurants, super place to be,in fact I go there weekly, the houst is simply 7 stars treatment

We booked 4 beds and didn’t realise 2 were pull out beds from the 2 main beds. But the mattresses were comfortable and everyone slept well. All single beds (no double beds)

Perfect location to float in the Dead Sea and do a mud and salt scrub by the sea.

The check in instruction received upfront was quite confusing. Key was in the locker, room wasnt open as instructed. Wifi different from what was stated in the instruction. Would appreciate knowing the room is in the B floor, took us some time to locate it.

Nice clean room, fully equiped kitchen, soft sheets, spacious bathroom. In March 24 we had the resort pretty much for ourselves. Quick communication. Not sure how the small beach looks like when the resort is fully booked.

Low wifi connection - only by the pools - it did not reach our apartment.

It was great resort wiht two pools - one infinity pool which is very good for photos. There was a resort beach at dead sea. It was more expensive than other accomodation we have been to in Jordan but all hotels aroud dead sea are 2 or 3 times more expensive than this one so the price was overall great.

This is not a hotel, but private accommodation. This is where the difficulties come from, which lowers the overall rating. There is no reception in the accommodation. Although there is a key box next to the front door, it took us an unnecessary half hour to receive the code to open. Payment is only possible in cash to the courier, who does not have change available for the return and will not provide you with a receipt either. Everywhere else, in a similar case, it is easy to pay in advance via booking.com!

Quiet complex of private apartments. The pools and whirlpool are available 24 hours a day. The pools, with the exception of the whirlpool, were very cold and not completely clean in January. Own reserved parking space. Two separate folding beds are available. Excellent WiFi available in the apartment unit and at the restaurant. Probably due to the winter season, we had the beach only to ourselves. In the evening, only three apartment units were lit. Cheap fast food is available in the neighboring hotel complex (1 km walk to the north).

There was mosquitos in the room on the night we stayed but it didn't ruin our stay.

The whole complex was very nice. The appartment had everything we needed including an area to sit out near the pool. There was 2 pools, a jacuzzi and a kids pool. The dead sea was a 2 min walk from the appartment. There was plenty of mud available to use. There is also a restaurant in the facility. The mall was a short walk away. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The apartment feels very small when opening the 4 beds. The fridge needs to be changed, it completely freezes everything although running on medium. The local beach is very rocky and steep, swimming shoes are advised!

Excellent location for visiting the Dead Sea. The local beach was under reconstruction on the day of our arrival, the host arranged for us free entry into a nearby resort's beach, which was a very nice gesture. The apartment is equipped with all essentials.

This resort seems quite luxury, it is next to Hilton hotel and a shopping mall. You can manage all your needs through this mall easily. The resort has its own beach (it was not the best one but definitely super clean) and huge swimming pools. According the price it is definitely valuable.
