Beautiful room with view. Exceptionally close to all of Madabas sights, shops and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and the Jordanian breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The staff was beyond friendly! Gave tips, a warm welcome, very understanding about not speaking arabic, it was clear they truly take pride in providing an inviting experience. Breakfast was solid, and the location is right along the street of all the main spots in town to check out. View from the balcony was also a perfect place to work from for a bit (very strong wifi)

The room comes with a balcony which is a nice extra to have as a smoker. However, the whole balcony was full of sand/dust residue so when u go back in your room, you leave a lot of footprints behind on the white floor... Also there is no ashtray on the balcony. Also I had no hot water, It was not too cold either so I guess it doesn't really matter too much Overall, I was happy with my stay here.

The bed was sooo comfortable. The fridge was cold so that was nice. The room was clean and bedlinnen as well. Hotel Staff incredible friendly. Location right in city center. Also, I got upgraded during check-in which was nice.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is located in the center of town where you can find lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.The staff was very nice and friendly and offered us free tickets to visit the church and discounts for local restaurants.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and quiet, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and wonderful. Everyone was really kind and helpful, we got information about what we should visit in the city in our holiday. We got the opportunity to buy some souvenirs from the hotel. The room was tidy and well equipped. We had everything that we needed. The breakfast was really taste. We enjoyed our stay in Saint John Hotel a lot. Thank you for everything!

Great location, comfortable room, lovely town! Me and my friends had a really lovely experience in Saint John Hotel! The owners were extremely hospitable. Let us check in early, showed us around and even arranged for a little breakfast box for our early departure. I really wish we could have stayed longer.

All the staff at Saint Johan are very welcoming, it feels like home. They have suggested us great place to have dinner which has made our staying even more exceptional. Bit more direction on parking lot would be helpful. It is close, 30m, just if you miss it, you make a great circle to get back.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are very clean. Very kind people and great breakfast, we enjoyed everything ! Also, there were some works in the hotel but we were asked about our organisation to make sure that we would not be annoyed and it was much appreciated !! hope next time we will be able to enjoy the brand new renovated rooftop !
