Jesica, the receptionist, was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and handled our check-in smoothly. When we requested a room change, she assisted us promptly and with a smile. What impressed us most was that she later followed up to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with our new room.

The hotel had extremely friendly staff such as Jessica and Omar in reception. The hotel’s location was also amazing with access to many restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are great and comfortable, and the elevator made it easy to go to your room at any time.

Jessica from the reception was very very friendly, she offered a room upgrade and she was very nice for the full stay. Hotel location is very nice and it's in a very good place in Amman, it's near everything Obviously will come back again.

The TVs are incredibly old and with very limited channels. Room was slightly dirty - cigarette ash by the window. Hallways smelt strongly of smoke. When I mentioned this to the front desk it was suggested this ash had blown into the room although I have never opened the window (nor smoked!). Cigarette burns on the headboard of the bed. Walls were badly marked in some places. Breakfast was disappointing. Cash deposit required for the minibar - the prices were listed but it would be easy to assume the bottled water was complimentary.

The room was massively spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help out. Hotel has some old fashioned charm.

The staff are very nice and helpful. My check in experience with Omar and check out experience with Jessica both were excellent! The location is great, with many restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. Good value for money.

-The coffee is undrinkable (literarly the worst I've ever had. I think it was mouldy) -The Laundry service is INCREDIBLY expensive, its a con basically. Do not use their services.

The hotel is in a good and beautiful location and is convenient for a one-day stay. The reception staff were also very nice and helpful and responded to every request, especially Omar and Jessica.
