Not sure .. One thing which is not caused by the hotel itself: There are a couple (coffee shops) in the area, that are not really coffee shops, but scammers or (night clubs). Just be careful as I've been warned by many people of that whenever I ask for a place to work with a cup of coffee and my laptop.

Staff is amazing, very friendly and very willing to help with anything ... Everyone, from the reception to the housekeepers .. Especially Jamal, since he was the one I communicated with the most based on my availability time. The facility is good, clean, the bed is comfortable for long night sleeping .. AC is good, theres a comfy chair and desk for remote work. The surrounding environment has everything, a bakery very close by to get delicious and cheap breakfast, as well as many other stores or restaurants.

The hotel entrance was hard to find due to its small size, which was inconvenient. Moreover, some lights in the room needed maintenance, resulting in insufficient lighting inside.

Considering the size of the room and its convenient location, the hotel offered a remarkably affordable price. The staff members were incredibly helpful.

The room I booked first needed a lot of maintenance, the sockets weren't working neither was the TV and same for the table lamp. Yet , this all was addressed he minutes I talked to the staff

The staff is very cooperative and helpful. I received a room upgrade the minute I reported problems in my room which didn't have any problems . The location is excellent and getting a taxi / Uber/ Careem is extremely easy.

many amenities in the room could be easily fixed and improved, such as bathroom sink is loose, water pressure in the shower very weak, sockets damaged or broken, curtain did not close fully. Guests in the room across from us smoked and the smell of smoke penetrated through the door into our room. OK because it’s a budget accomodation but could be better taking care of.

The only downsides were the occasional shortage of hot water in the shower (you have a limit for hot water), which could be a bit frustrating, and the fact that I had to ask for drink water daily.

I liked the hotel's convenient location near the center of Amman city, as well as the helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to assist. It was also a great value for the money spent.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. Cooked me a very quick breakfast when I didn't have much time, lent me a charger and generally kind and you felt like they would really look after you. It is a basic hotel but perfect for a couple of nights and very good value

The Hotel is located in central area, next to all the "big" hotels and the area around has a lot of small shops and restaurants. The area is very safe and the walk from the hotel to Abdali Mall is just 10 min. Our room was very big and the ac/ heating worked perfectly. The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Mrs. Mervat at the Frontdesk. Will book again when in Amman

Great location and easy to find: just opposite the Hilton. next to it AMAZING restaurant kabab ji with delicious local food. pharmacy, shisha street, two shops. 15 mins from the modern city center. but the diamond is the staff. Lady manager took care of me when I was sick, she also helped me with other needs. I have never felt so welcome in my life.

I did not like the smell of humidity in the room, which was quite noticeable.
