The location was fantastic, right in the center of Madaba. The hotelier truly did everything to make us feel welcome. We arrived at midnight due to a flight delay, but that was no problem at all. The hotelier had arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel, and it was still waiting for us. Truly amazing. The breakfast was great! And the room met my expectations. When I return to Madaba, I will definitely book another stay at Pilgrim's Guest House.

Located right in the heart of the city, the receptionist was absolutely lovely and the rooms where wide and clean. They even let us choose the best one for us from two. Absolutely recommend!

They have problem with water, but the staff is excellent, they offer safe parking in courtyards. Set in the very center among all attractions and evening street life. Highly recommended. 30 mins from the airport

My best accommodation in Jordan! You feel at home immediately. Ray, at the reception will do his best to help you and organize everything for you. The place is excellent value. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony and a view on the mosq. Excellent location too, in central Madaba close to shops and places of interest.

I stayed here during a period of extremely low tourism (war) which made the prices very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom isnt always perfect (clogged sinks for example) but it is clean. And if there is any problem the staff is very friendly and will solve it for you. The only downsides were that there was no one there most of the time, so it can feel a bit lonesome, although the staff is easy to reach via whatsapp. And the mosque is very close, so I usually woke up at 5.20 AM because of the call to prayer. Still I kept returning to this guest house during my stay in Jordan, because of the good price, good rooms and friendly staff. It felt like my home. The best thing about the guest house was the view. Having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning was a delight.

The Pilgrim House has a nice atmosphere, and the staff is nice and very helpful. It has a perfect location right in the middle of Madaba besides the St.George church. The room was simple, but clean and with a nice balcony. Breakfast was good. I stayed there for three days as a base to explore Dead Sea and the Kings Highway region. Really nice car park. I recommend these place!

The linen of the room could be better, they were too old and felt uncomfortable.

The location of the place is perfect for exploring the city, for the price you pay, you can know what you can expect, it's a pilgrim's guest house. The breakfast was pretty basic, about what I was expecting, the parking is very secure and the staff were friendly and gave good information about what to do in town.

There was a lot of noise from outside very early in the morning (6/7 am) but don’t know if it came from a school, the church or an event that was taking place that special day

There was really nothing not to like about the Guesthouse and Madaba was easily the nicest place we stayed at in Jordan.

We couldn't be more ideally located to walk around the sights of Madaba with all the churches and other sites with remarkable Byzantine mosaics only minutes away. The Guesthouse had a safe, warm atmosphere and the receptionist Ayman was exceptionally helpful in providing guidance and also booking a good taxi service back to Amman. The self service breakfast was perfectly adequate and there were fridges in the communal corridor to keep things cool. The room itself was a good size with a nice balcony overlooking the St. George's Church and the town.

While the room are simple, comfortable the place miss convivial atmosphere.

The Guest House is located in the center of the touristic part of Madaba, with shops, restaurant accessible by foot. You can park your park in the inside court which is very convenient.
