Excellent customer service, all the staff were amazing and accommodating (thanks Ashleigh). The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfy. The breakfast selection was very tasty and once again, service was very attentive. They arranged a transfer to Amman at a good price and even surprised us with a picnic bag! Location is great, so many restaurants, cafes and shops around. The Petra entrance is a short 20min walk away or you can take the hotels free transfer! Lovely views over Petra. A brilliant stay!

As soon as we entered, we were very friendly welcomed. The staff helped us with every question we had during our stay. Very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax after a long and hot day in Petra. Big and clean room. When we arrived 45min too late for breakfast the staff at the restaurant still made a wonderful breakfast for us. Hotel is located walking distance from many delicious restaurants and sweet shops for desert!

Staff could not be more helpful. Jacuzzi was a welcome relaxation after a long day in Petra. Great breakfast. Hotel provided a thoughtful paxked lunch for everyday. Views from our balcony were over the mountains of Petra. Great value for money.

The pool was a bit chilly. But the spa made up for it.

It was in a good location, 15 min walk to the beginning of Little Petra. The room was very spacious and catered for the 4 of us (2 adults. 2 children) nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were excited to swim in the pool, but had more fun in the spa. Recommend stsying in this hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived quite late in the morning and they prepared for us the breakfast even when the schedule was close. The hotel itself was just perfect and excellent value for money. 100% recomendable. The swiming pool and jacuzzi in the upper floor was ideal

Everything was great. The hotel itself was modern, absolutely clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. Rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in very good variety, we even got lunch packs every morning. Small pool on the rooftop terrace is great to cool down after a long hot day in Petra. The gym is also nice and well equipped. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff were truly outstanding. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations, or accommodating special requests. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a significant difference in our overall experience. I cannot recommend P Quattro Relax Hotel enough for anyone looking for a place to stay with exceptional service and a personal touch. The property has an excellent central location to the town so you can just walk in. It’s 15 minutes to Petra, however, the hotel can sort out transfers. The rooftop pool is lovely along with the view. I cannot recommend staying here enough if you are visiting Petra.

Large room, amazing roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi free to use by guests. Very friendly staff that gave a free lunch box to go to Petra. Good breakfast and decent dinner.

Our stay was one big and pleasant surprise. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and you can walk to Petra from it. Absolutely brilliant staff at the hotel on reception (unfortunately we can't remember the name but it was a student who works on reception and please pass on our big thanks to him!). We got a free room upgrade, the hotel offers very good buffet breakfasts and dinners. You can use the jacuzzi and small pool on the roof. The staff was always willing to give us advice and the whole stay was completely pleasant. True Jordanian hospitality!

I loved this hotel . My whole family loved it . From the moment you step in , you are greeted by the amazing staff . They go out of the way to make you feel special and are always there to help. The food was excellent , the rooms were beautiful, so clean and spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Most of all the staff made you feel like royality. I have travelled around the world but have never seen such amazing hospitality like in P Quattro hotel. Special thanks to Abed for always taking care of our needs and comfort. I can say please please if you visit Petra look no further and book this hotel. This is the best hotel in Petra .

They offered a greeting drink when we arrived. When we were leaving the reception gave us a present from their shop and also the sandwiches to our trip! The hotel was full of surprises for us!!!

Super nice hotel at the very central location. Nice stuff and proper management. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We stayed for 2 additional days. We loved rooftop jacuzzi and also gym in the basement. We would stay again. Great money to value ratio

Only one suggestion, the take away breakfast for ealy check-outs can be a little bit more substancious (sandwich) to lift up the amazing standard you have in this beautiful place.

Everything! It was the perfect hotel to stay in Petra. The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.

The best place we have stayed at during our trip to Jordan. Abed at the reception fulfilled all our wishes and gave us excellent insider tips for our stay in a very professional but very kind way. He really made the best of our stay, thank you for it again!
