Spotless clean, large room with settee 2 chairs and tv. Big bedroom with huge wardrobe all on great condition bed very comfortable. Hot water 24/7 and great shower. Breakfast was excellent, was delivered to our door and was perfect. Owner very helpful with tips on where to eat locally.

The host was incredibly helpful and nice, he gave us good recommendations of locations and restaurants, he even organized us an early breakfast for us to go to Petra by the sunrise. The location used in Booking.com is not the location of the hotel. The location shows that it is very center to Petra and lots of restaurants/ shops around. But that is not the real location. Instead they have a represantative who immediately connects with you once you are at the above mentioned location and shares you the real location. This real location is about 15-20 mins of walking ( 5 mins) by car.

Nice apt , spacious, clean. Very supportive management and staff. Very ncie view of Petra city from the Balcony. Nice local Jordanian breakfast, always provided on time.

The heater was not consistent. Its cold during our stay, on our first night heater was ok but 2nd night we took a bath chilling 😁

The room was so spacious, there is a living room as well and a balcony. The host Mr. Ahmed was so helpful in every inquiries that I have including the best restaurant to eat and he always consider our needs including delivering the breakfast by 5:30 am

Due to our delayed flights, we arrived as late check-in to our hotel, we informed our hotel ahead and Mr. Ahmad assisted us on our trip the best way possible! He arranged car service for us for the whole trip in Jordan so we do not have to lose any more of our precious little time. He even prepared a complimentary cake as we arrive, which is a sweet gesture (no pun intended) knowing that we will be hungry as we came straight from 4-hour airport road ride. We also appreciate the kindness of the receptionist during our stay (Mr. Anas), he gave an infectious smile and warm welcome during our short stay, making sure we are taken cared of. Our stay was short but sweet moment, we wished we stayed for long if time permits. We highly recommend this hotel if you have to visit Petra!

Our recent stay at Petra Heaven Botique was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A special mention goes to Mr. Anas, who was incredibly accommodating. On our last day, we needed to leave early to drive to Madaba, and he went above and beyond by packing our breakfast for us at 5 AM. This thoughtful gesture made our departure stress-free and ensured we didn’t miss out on a meal. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after our adventures. We were particularly impressed by the stunning views of the city from our balcony, which added a special touch to our stay. The location is ideal for exploring Petra, just a short drive from the entrance. Overall, our stay at Petra Heaven Botique exceeded our expectations, thanks in large part to the wonderful service from Mr. Anas and the rest of the staff. My stay at Petra Heaven Boutique was an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel's location was very close to the main tourist attractions in Wadi Musa and Petra. What added to the beauty of my experience was the presence of olive trees behind the building where I sat and enjoyed having tea. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel was clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay after a long day exploring Petra. The hotel is about one mile from the Petra Visitor Center. Wadi Musa's nature means you are either walking up a hill or down a hill, which makes it a beautiful city, but expect to have a nice walk if you do not want to take a taxi or drive. Another great thing I liked was that this place is also less than one mile from the world's most beautiful sunset location that you should not miss. OMG! Additionally, the hotel offers local taxi and transportation prices, making it convenient to explore the area without any hassle.

Remoteness.

It is remote from the visitor centre, but the room and ensuite are exceptional value. The staff helped arrange transport to the centre. Managed to bargain trip to Petra Heaven down to 3 JD.
