Breakfast was average. The wifi wasn't very strong in the room and took a while to load, but was fast in the lobby. A few things needed dealing with in the room (a broken toilet seat, the safe didn't close, the safe wasn't attached to the wall so someone could walk off with it - which isn't really a 'safe'). On mentioning the toilet seat and unclosing safe to the reception staff quickly dealt with it but I guess someone should have checked it was all functioning before clients entered the room. The room's wardrobe was nice and large but as 3 people were staying we needed more hangers (only 4 provided) as well as more hooks in the bathroom for all the used towels.

Firstly all the reception staff were so nice - smiley, helpful, courteous and all with very good English. The lobby was large and light and included the breakfast room (if a little bland and characterless). Our room (for 3) was a good size and was airy and comfortable and clean with comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was fine for size although the shower cubicle was a little small. Complimentary snacks and water were provided which was nice. The hotel is nicely located close to many good restaurants. While all guest parking is on the road we didn't have trouble finding a space over the 3 days. The hotel is only a short drive (but quite a long and hilly walk) from Petra (free) car park. We were all very pleased with the quality of the hotel and found it great value for money.

The decoration of common areas could be warmer. The lightening in the room could be improved (the bedside lamps were not working independently from the main ceiling lights.

The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel home. Very reactive to any request. The bed is very comfortable and the room spacious. The room was very quiet for an excellent night sleep, despite being in the heart of the city center. The breakfast, local style, very nice.

Petra Heart Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Petra and is started with the staff who were very friendly, helpful and resourceful. The rooms were clean and the water pressure and heat was a stress relief after hard days walking. The food was great.

This was a return visit, so I knew what I was getting - very comfortable, clean and inviting rooms with lovely professional staff. They even surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake which made my day! Rooms were heated for our arrival and the complimentary snacks were much appreciated. They also ordered in yummy manakish for us to take on the road. Great location to walk to Al Wadi restaurant and shops (better than the Petra entrance end of town).

It was very cold with no heating. The receptionist in the evening wasn't very helpful. The older gentleman in the morning was very good.

Petra Heart Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Petra. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, making it super convenient. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but the standout feature is the amazing staff. Abdullah was exceptionally kind, always smiling, and went above and beyond to help with any request. Najafi was also a fantastic receptionist, ensuring everything was smooth during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and location!

Just loved the place, nothing negative

A nice and clean hotel in a good location. Room size was also good and hence adding on to the comfort. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. We had a really comfortable stay and couldn’t recommend it enough.

The cleaniness of the dining room requires some improvement. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Petra.

The hotel staff was very friendly and were eager to complete all of our requests. Also the location of the hotel is very good as it is close ro restauraants and shops and is only about 1.3km away from Petra's visitor center. The breakfast just as written in the previous comments is very good as most of the food ia prepared freshly by the hotel staff.

Everything about our stay was outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at the Petra Heart Hotel. Parking was available right out front and check-in was quick and easy. Abdullah welcomed us with cold hibiscus juice which was a really nice touch. He was also a great resource for restaurant recommendations when we asked and was very kind about making sure breakfast was ready at 5:30am so we could be at Petra for opening. (All of the staff was outstanding but Abdullah really stood out.) Our room was extremely comfortable - great AC, comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of pillows, easy outlet access by the beds, and enough space for 3 people to have bags out. Great food is just a block or 2 away. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

It was a fantastic stay! Don’t think twice, go ahead and book Petra Heart Hotel. First of all, the owner / manager and his staff were just absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, we were given cold juices — perfect to counter the heat. The check in process was super quick, and they really allotted time to give us tips and directions to better appreciate Petra. The owner is a very kind man — I think we were the only guests in the hotel (which is sad, because I really think they should get more business), and they specially prepared our breakfast just for us. Even cooked us extra omelets when we asked for eggs. He was very attentive, and even explained each of the food items. Before we checked out, he asked for feedback, asked us if everything was right in the hotel room, anything to improve, etc. The bedroom itself was spacious! A lot more roomy than I expected! It offers a lovely view of the sunset, and they even gave us free chocolates as part of the amenities. The toilet was clean, and water pressure was good. It’s walking distance to the restaurants, and super short distance to Petra Visitor Office itself. Book this hotel — you will not regret it.

Well located, close to Petra archeological site and restaurants. Room clean, well furnished with confortable beds. Very good breakfast (buffet). Staff very nice. We highly recommend this hotel
