The location is perfect. Hani and all the staff are great, helpful and they try the best to make your stay unforgettable. Communication via whats App runs easily. Food is amazing. All kind of tours for different ages.

The internet speed could be better. That's really the only thing. However given the remote location I don't find it a deal breaker overall.

The staff were very helpful. The village is like this: You park at the main entrance, then the camp sends a driver to pick you up. When I wanted to leave, my car got stuck in the sand. Hani came and helped me out. Breakfast was very tasty too.

The staff were very communicative via WhatsApp and in person. We enjoyed our stay and curated experiences at the Wadi Rum. Additionally, getting to speak and interact with everyone made the trip feel like visiting old friends.

If possible, have a little more variety at breakfast

The camp was amazing. Super passed our expectations. We stayed in the cabins (not the domes) and the view was incredible, waking up to the desert view. More than anything, the hospitality of the people, the hosts, was impress also was impressing impress - they are lovely, always ready to help and doser out all the different activities you want. Great people, great place. Definitely recommended.

The bubble could have been cleaner, but we are in the middle of a sand desert..

We were overwhelmed by the kindness, attentiveness, and friendness of Hani, and all his brothers and cousins, since our first minute in the camp. The bubble was pretty comfortable considering how remote the location is. The view was amazing. The new tent-restaurant is stunning. It combined elegance with cultural authenticity. The buffets were quite varied and everything was tasty. Zarb is a must try! Our little kid spent hours peacefully playing with the sand. The tent is well located inside the protected area. We all enjoyed the 2~3 hours jeep safari, even if we already knew the place. My son was over the moon. Thanks again Abbud!

I have traveled over 30 countries and countless accommodations but i have never seen any hospitality like in here. Hani is one of the best hosts i have ever seen. You can truly experience Bedouin lifestyle with good food(Traditional Bedouin Food Zarb is absolutely one of the best) and hospitality. I also highly recommend the camel ride and shisha.

We loved everything about our stay at Panorama Wadi Rum! Even before we arrived, Hani was so welcoming and accommodating - he made getting to the camp a breeze. Once we were there, it only got better. The camp is in a perfect location away from the main road and other camps so you truly feel that you are in the desert. There are also endless activities to choose from - we did the jeep tour (which included sand boarding), sunset camel rides, and stargazing, all of which were incredible. The rooms are also beautiful and very comfortable with great AC and clean bathrooms. The dining area is new and also a wonderful place to enjoy the traditional Jordanian meals. Overall, we loved our stay and were very sad to leave! Thank you to Hani and his family!

Property's location, amenities, hospitality are excellent. Food is also good for those who love chicken and lamb. Hot Air Balloon in Wadi Rum was a memorable experience.
