Breakfast didn’t have many options, so sometimes my daughter and I ended up skipping it altogether.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is in the 3rd Circle area, which is pretty central. Plus, the WiFi was free and super fast both in the rooms and the lobby.

All was good so there's nothing to say we didn't like

The location served the purpose of this journey which was to support a member of the family that was hospitalised at a very nearby hospital. Later we found out all the other things we liked about this hotel. The staff extremely polite and kind, the room was spacious, air conditioned and the breakfast was great with traditional Arabic food options. We had a car hired and there was an every day and security guard, despite no visible danger. The hotel felt a safe place to be and was great value for money.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Amman that combines high cleanliness standards with an excellent location close to everywhere, including the airport, this hotel is the perfect choice. Incredible view from the hotel. Staff was very helpful and took good care of us when we needed it. They helped us very much. We had flight issues and they did everything to make it work for us. We are very appreciated with them.

It’s a great Location isolated but avoids the traffic of amman

The staff was very helpful , we checked in late and Taher manning the reception was super helpful. Since the restaurant was closed Taher helped us order food from outside the hotel and allowed us a late check out for one of the rooms

Nice location, good price. It is very close to the center and having parking area. The room was large and clean also air conditioning was sufficient. We couldn't stay for breakfast, but when we asked the hotel staff if they could prepare something for us, they were very kind and prepared a nice sandwich box for us.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the lighting felt a bit dim for my preference. The hotel's location was convenient, and having on-site parking was definitely a plus. While we had to check out early around 4 AM and couldn’t enjoy the full breakfast, the staff kindly packed sandwiches for us, which we really appreciated. We also ordered lunch from the in-house restaurant—it was tasty, reasonably priced, and came in generous portions. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with great service.

Was NOT a King bed… two twins pushed together… you couldn’t sleep in the middle of it… but the side I slept on was very comfortable.

The breakfast was not good at all. If you request an omelet, then it will be chargeable and the options available in the table are not up to the level. The furniture is good, but the Mockett is old and not good for those who have elergy of breathing may be a problem

I liked the view from the restaurant, which showed the main street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception was very cooperative. Laundry services were expensive, forcing me to go out to look for other options.

The Breakfast was not good at all, and limited options available with no option to make an omelet for each visitor except with paying extra charge. The mokeet floor is very old and needs to be maintained. The location is very far from everything and needs a taxi to go anywhere or walk for not less than 10 minutes to reach to the roundabout near the hotel. Laundry service is very expensive which forced me to go out to look for laundry services in the area

The staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice of the main street. They make for us an upgrade free of charge and are very helpful in accommodating our needs
