We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The location is superb, with a commanding and beautiful view of the Dead Sea. The food at the restaurant at the Panorama Complex next to the hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly.

The rooms were beautiful and had unbeatable views over the Dead Sea. Stunning sunset. The room had lots of amenities and the jacuzzi was very relaxing after a long day. The restaurant next door had a great menu and views, and staff service was excellent.

Our stay at Hotel Octagon Dead Sea was simply breathtaking. It was a true 10 out of 10 experience that we will never forget. The location of the hotel is stunning, with incredible views over the Dead Sea that took our breath away every single day. Waking up to that view was an experience in itself and added so much to the beauty and tranquility of our stay. What truly made this visit so special was Mohammed and his wonderful staff. They went above and beyond for us in every way. From the moment we arrived, Mohammed personally welcomed us and made sure we felt right at home. Throughout our stay, he and his team were always there with a smile, ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. Everything was perfectly maintained and the entire experience felt relaxed and personal. Whether we were enjoying the view, relaxing in the comfortable rooms, or simply spending time on the property, everything was perfect. We have stayed in many hotels, but this is one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had, thanks to the breathtaking views and the exceptional care from Mohammed and his team. Staff very friendly and helpful 👍 take note. Entrance security gate closes at 10:00PM along with the check In counter. I sent an email and message through Booking.com I was arriving after 10PM and they waiting until I arrived at 10:45PM. I was impressed 👌...

For that money, I'd expect everything to be just right, but a bunch details were off. For example, the bedside usb port didn't work, we just got one set of towels, there was no bottled water offered in the room, the door lock was built in the wrong way, so you couldn't leave cottage without using a key and so on.

The cottages were very pretty and the view was stunning. Ask for a front row one while booking, maybe you get it? We didn't use the Jacuzzi because seriously, who can use so much water in a desert and still enjoy it? But we sat outside and enjoyed the sunset. Waking up looking at the dead sea and the sun streaming over the opposite mountains was a treat. Bed was very comfy, too. Breakfast was at the restaurant over the road and truly delicious. Best olives and hummus we had all week.

The frame around the jacuzzi is just a thin wooden frame so makes getting in and out interesting to say the least. If that could be strengthened / re-designed it would be better and safer.

The only thing you have to know is that the place is overlooking the Dead Sea (which for me was perfect) so it means that you don’t have access with the hotel to the Dead Sea , mud treatment etc you will have to pay like 30JOD for a day pass in an another hotel. But octagon location and pyramid tent are so worth it ! Magical experience guaranteed I swear :)!!!

The place is amazing, as well as the staff. Mohamed was so helpful and welcoming. He did all to meet our needs and make our time there unforgettable. The view is stunning and spending time in jacuzzi during sunset was an incredible experience.

We had problems with our shower, no hot water, very slippery floor and the bathroom was not clean. The area around the accommodation was not well kept, with some of the other pyramids in various stages of disrepair.

Rooms only for 2 Persons, if you come with family they have to sleep in the neighbouring pyramid. Depends on the age of kids if that's ok for you. The whirlpools are great, but water debit is slow and you have to call/WhatApp them around 1h before you want to get into the pool, so that somebody opens the tap and fills the water. If later in the evening, maybe after dinner you want to profit again from the whirlpool ..... nearly impossible as no warm water coming and I have the impression they need to clean the drain manually after every use. It's not a complaint, the area is sandy and logically equipment suffers. We'll come back in summer !

Phantastic view over dead sea. The huge windows are great and of course to have the whirlpool overlooking dead sea is the best thing ever.

The place is amazing so calming.. so quiet… Staff are so friendly and amazing specially Diaa. This gentleman is fabulous… whenever you need something in few minutes is there. The hospitality and generosity is remarkable… i came for visit 10 days but those few hours are exceptional to me. My advice to all, please go there… its so mind peaceful place.
