We were five people and we did not have enough towels for all of us but this was not an issue as we travelled for days and we had ours. But in a similar situation maybe it would be better for the towels to be according to people. Also, I could not find a hairdryer. Other than that everything was perfect.

We had a great time in the apartment. It was brand new and very clean. The view from the windows was amazing and the location very good and quiet compared to other parts of the city which are extremely crowded. It has a parking lot which is very helpful and the lady that handles the apartments was extremely friendly and kind. I totally recommend it.

We looked for location first and Nozoll had good reviews in an area we wanted to be. Having stayed in hotels all week we wanted to try an apartments. Excellent communication from staff, even when our taxi couldn’t find the address. Lovely clean apartment, good facilities, comfortable space.

My recent stay in Jordan was made even better by the wonderful hospitality at this property. My flight arrived earlier than expected, and I reached the hotel well before the standard check-in time. I informed them of this, and they were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to accommodate me, and instead of having to wait for hours, my room was ready within minutes. A huge thank you for this smooth and efficient early check-in! The location of the hotel is also ideal. It's not directly in the hustle and bustle of downtown, which makes for a peaceful stay, but it's still within easy walking distance to the downtown. The neighborhood itself felt very quiet and safe. The rooms were comfortable and the property felt secure. Finally, I must give a special mention to Dana. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Jordan!

Hard to find something we didn’t like. Blackout blinds are being fitted in the room where we stayed which would have been my only recommendation.

You always fear the worst in Jordan. Hotels never look or seem as good as the photos / reviews but this was not the case! We loved it. Very clean to a high standard. Spacious. Very friendly team, Dana was very helpful where needed.

We arrived at 1 am and were met at the property and shown the rooms. We were told to meet up in the morning for the paperwork which was great after a long day travelling. We had a a 2 bedroom apartment which was massive and a 1 bedroom apartment which also was very large. The apartments were spotless and very comfortable. Around the corner was a bakery, supermarkets and money exhangers. A very convenient location. Very friendly staff and quiet.
