Everything was great. Very near the entrance to Petra, but be aware the way back is uphill. The staff was great and helpful, the breakfast lady, the guy at the bar and the reception guys were very polite and welcoming.

Location is perfect, 2 minutes from Petra. Receptionist is always ready to help, gave us good advice on where to eat, get petrol or change money. Great view from the roof where you can rest. Table football for children 👍 There is laundry for extra pay, very convenient after trips in Petra.

Outstanding customer service : after our baggage got lost, then found but delivery delayed by Royal Jordanian (baaaaad service), we found ourselves with no clothes; Rasoul and his team went above and beyond to help us by calling the airline repeatedly then Rasoul drove us around town to numerous clothing shops until we were satisfied with our purchase.Amazingly thoughtful 🙏🏼 The hotel itself is lovely with a splendid rooftop (bar), a very nice view from the breakfast restaurant also, an elevator, some parking spaces right in front of the hotel, a water fountain, games (Uno, Dobble, etc...). Our room was top notch too : good mattress (at time of booking, I was doubtful from the pictures with the bricks system but comfort is excellent!!!), soundproofing, good A/C and water pressure, fridge, curtain system. Staff is super friendly with an excellent command of English! One.of the best hotel (and value) I had since traveling around the world for the past 10 months...

Lovely hotel, with a nice comfy bed and good air conditioning. The rooftop was stunning. The staff were really helpful and attentive, and helped us order food and work through a difficulty with other parts of our trip. Cannot recommend enough and would love to stay here again. Thank you to the staff here again!

Super kind and helpful staff, very close to Petra Visitors Centre, cosy rooms, great chill out area with nice view, good breakfast, there are few parking spots in front of the hotel so you can avoid parking on the street

Bathrooms could do with a refresh

The location was great (we had a car), close to Petra, restaurants etc. The staff were super helpful especially Rasoul and his reception colleague as well at the bar man on the rooftop terrace. The rooftop bar is the jewel in the crown.

The building itself is very similar to petra,the distance is very near,the price is cheap and affordable.The receptionist is very polite,chearful and friendly.The rooftop view is very amazing and worth.They even have free fusbol for you to play for free together with your family.As a malaysian student that studies here and have went to many hotels in petra before this,i think this is the best hotel with amazing service and cheap price👍🏻.💯 recommended for all of you malaysian

Loved staying here! The staff made us feel very welcome, the view of the rooftop was amazing, and the rooftop bar itself is a great space to relax. The rooms were nice, comfy beds and were cleaned every day.

I can’t express enough how amazing our stay was at Nomads Hotel Petra. The hotel staff was amazing. Service, cleanliness, and friendly environment for tourists was unmatched. The food was amazing. But most of all, the owner of the hotel was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He immediately made us feel comfortable during our entire stay. During our stay, there was some concerns regarding other conflict between other countries in the middle east — the hotel owner made us feel completely at ease during this time and even gave us his personal number to contact him or give us a ride anywhere if we needed. He genuinely would do anything for his hotel residents and made us feel like family. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. They are amazing and made Petra an unforgettable experience

Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. Rooftop with a nice sunset view was stunning and you can meet other travelers. Would have loved to extend our stay but we had a tight travel schedule.

The toilet didn't flush properly- we managed it with some DIY plumbing, but upon checkout, the staff admitted they knew it was broken. Minor maintenance issues, such as the bathroom door not closing due to broken/bent parts and other poorly constructed structures. The TV didn't work -the staff tried to fix it and even replaced it with another TV, but it still didn't work. They said they would get a technician in the next day, but that either didn't happen or it didn't fix the problem.

The staff were awesome - very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out. Close to the main entrance of Petra It has a hostel feel to it with 2 communal chill-out areas.
