I love the room that we had. It was very clean and it had a beautiful view of the beach. But most of all I really appreciated the staff they went above and beyond. I injured myself on the trip and they made sure I was OK and that I had everything I needed. They were very kind, accommodating and helpful.

Welcoming hotel with warm and kind staff Spacious room , equipped with all you need , large bed , large balcony overlooking the city ! Ill try next time to book with sea view ! Parking Cleaning is done on request Shops at every step . Terraces very close where you can eat a great , delicious and traditional Jordanian meal! Center of Aqaba near to the hotel . We hope they will also do the restaurant start with next year , to can take breakfast at the hotel We will back next year with pleasure

There was a lot of noise in the room during the night from what sounded like mechanical equipment in the building. There is also some noise from the street and beach although this did not bother us too much.

Nice view hotel is well located in the centre of Aqaba and we found our room to be clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and very friendly!

This was a very pleasant hotel. The staff were extremely polite and professional. When I checked in, they spoke English very well and clearly explained everything I needed to know. They even allowed me to check in earlier than the official time, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much – thank you to the team!

The location is excellent and there's a great view from the balcony if you book a seaview room.

The accomodation is in a nice area, in front of the local beach, if you have a car you can reach japanese garden and south beach in 15 min. The guy at the reception has been super nice, and always respond quicly to our whatsapp messages. The hotel have a lift and the room is clean, and it has a fridge, air conditioning, kettle, yea and coffe.

Rooms were new, clean and spacious. Shower was lovely and bed was comfy. Great location close to everything you need in Aqaba city. The tv didn’t work unfortunately but we didn’t bother to ask the staff to fix it. I imagined they would have as they were so lovely and helpful. Parking is limited but there are spaces outside the hotel which is important, you can leave your keys with the staff and they will park your car for you and move it to safe spaces if need be. They were very helpful and kind. Was expensive for Jordan in general but very cheap for Aqaba so good value for money considering.

Overall a good experience. Large rooms, comfortable bathrooms, ultra-central location and parking included. The only inconvenience was before we got the room it smelled of cigarettes but after some discussions, the guys at the reception solved the problem pretty quickly and gave us another room. So the only advice is to check the rooms before check-in. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will come back.

Excellent place to stay, right on the beach. The staff gave me a free room upgrade with a beautiful balcony facing the sea. They also gave me an extended checkout time. Great location, great staff, and great value!

Too much furnitiure in the room. It would have been nice to not keep bumping into wardrobes and side tables.
