How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Everything is perfect
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is great and quiet but still close to restaurants and shops. I really want to thank Mr. Ahmad at the reception; he was super friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay.

I go to this hotel every time I come to Jordan. The hotel is very nice and clean it’s a wonderful place with amazing staff. The staff are all very helpful and kind.

Clean and quiet area, near mall and supermarket, very friendly and helpful staff - Mahmoud was really helpful too in getting info for our wadi Mujib trip, kitchenette is useful for self catered breakfast.

Nothing at all – everything exceeded my expectations
I had a wonderful stay at Naylover Hotel Suites! The property offers the best value for money – the room was spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed in Amman. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff – they were outstanding! Always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless, with every detail carefully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything was over the top with our experience. The staff catered to our every need: directions, ideas for activities, restaurants and options for getting around. They even supplied us with a fresh fruit basket as a friendly gesture after returning to use their facility after visiting other regions of Jordan. They felt like family (better than family) with a very nice eagerness to jump in. Ahmed and all staff for that manner jump in and solved all our problems of local travel and all the issues of getting our communication devices connected to the appropriate networks to communicate back to home and in town. The location was also quite and quaint compared to the hustle and bustle of the city of Amman. We will be back and look forward to our new home base in Amman.

The staff are welcoming, professional and helpful. They genuinely want you to have a good time and are available for any support needed. The location is excellent, close to a busy lively road with different shops, restaurants from different cuisines and a shopping mall. But the hotel itself is tucked in the neighborhood and we don't hear the noise of the streets at all. We stayed for 3 nights during Eid and the level of service was excellent all the time. The only note here is that my room had a kitchenette that is not functioning for safety reasons and I wasn't bothered by that, so I suggest the kitchenettes to be removed to allow a bit more space in the TV area. I would like to thank the staff at Naylover hotel, and Iwill definitely come back again.

Our family came to visit our daughter who is doing a semester in Amman. We could not have been more pleases. They left us alone when we wanted to be left alone but were always eager to help with perfection including fixing our phone that would not sync up with the new SIM card we received at the airport. Gracious good people who were at our service. We love our new travel family,
