Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelI had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was convenient, and the pool area added great value to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were four friends traveling together, and we found the staff to be very kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved the outdoor pool with the bar – definitely a great spot to relax. What we appreciated the most was Mr. Amer, who drove us to many places around Amman. He showed us great respect and made our experience even more special.

IsraelThis wasn’t my first time at Movenpick, and definitely won’t be the last — it’s always my go-to choice! Asmaa at reception was super sweet and remembered even the smallest notes I requested. Housekeeping was excellent — they organized my things perfectly without me asking. The hotel is always clean, spacious, and the staff are amazing. Highly recommended!

IsraelThere is no written instructions on what is actually free and what is not, also I need to remember the opening and closing hours of each facility, to me that means it lacked organization. like: which facilities are on the premises, when do they open and close, and which of them are free and which are not.. Speaking of which, when we arrived the fridge was stocked with lots of beverages, I had a thought that this might not be free so I called them only to know that all of these are considered part of the mini-bar and are not free! so I asked them to remove them 3 times over the period of 40-45 minutes, which they kept saying they sent someone who didn't arrive, eventually I told them I will put them in a bag and put them outside the room, once I put everything in a bag outside the rooms, only then they showed to collect! by the way they asked me if I used any of the minibar stuff at check-out, so that means that they are not well-organized, and don't keep tabs on what was done when.. one more thing that bothered me is that the mini-bar was stocked with alcohol in both rooms and we were a family with kids! and the kids opened the fridge when it was stocked with alcohol .. that's was really a very bad experience, they should have said something, especially that they know we are coming with kids.
