The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bathroom clean and modern and the food was stunning. The most impressive dinner and breakfast of our holiday. One of us was feeling sick and the staff did really well to help us recover.

The experience was exceptional. Starting with the check in where Rania at the front desk gave me tremendous service, answered all my questions and even gave me insights into things I had not thought of. They prepared a delicious lunch for me outside of normal hours and treated me like an honored guest. The owner himself brought me a prepared breakfast to take with me the next morning since I had an early checkout due to an early flight. They arranged a shuttle to and from the airport and I heartily recommend staying there. It is my new go-to hotel when passing through Amman.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Madaba. Great location and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. You must have dinner in the restaurant! It was so tasty and a real experience. We had a local beer too - would recommend! Afterwards we had a glass of Jordanian wine on the terrace which was lovely. The room was very spacey and we slept so well. The gym is also very well equipped! And the breakfast - wow!! So much choice and so fresh. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we wish we stayed longer!!

The whole stay was just amazing, the staff welcomming, friendly, supportive, kind.... couldn't get more. We have booked a dinner as well and it was far beyond expectations. And also the driver we booked through the hotel.

The best hotel in Jordan! Not only the hotel is beautiful, clean, rooms are spacious and very well decorated but the owner, his family and employees are the best! They are all very attentive and always here to make your stay the best as possible. The food was amazing, breakfast was insane! Thank you so much!!!!

Nothing, I really would recommend staying here. It is in the commercial city center, so do expect noise from outside, but they even provide earplugs!

Everything was perfect. The rooms are amazing beyond all expectations, unique and much better than any of 5 star hotel rooms far and wide. Unfortunately, we were too late for dinner, but considering the incredible and complete breakfast, I can just imagine what we missed. Very nice restaurant and reach high quality breakfast buffet. Booked two rooms both super stylish, big bathrooms, working minibar, complimentary drinks, top beds bedding, no dust in hidden corners. Rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, lobby,...... everything spotless clean. Since we are in this business ourselves, I know how difficult it is to maintain the highest guest ratings, this hotel, the owners and the staff deserve 100 points out of 10!!! Unfortunately we stayed just one night before our departure day. The best advice to visit Jordan, on beginning of travel visit Petra, Wadi Rum and the rest of south than stay in this hotel for couple of nights and make daily trips to Jarash, Amman, Dead sea......

Maybe more fancy and hotel style main entrance could upgrade the guest experience and impress them already on arrival.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was the best place we've stayed at in Jordan. The staff and the room were great, and breakfast... just amazing! It also has a nice gym, that my partner really enjoyed. And the private parking lot is a good plus.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel upon arrival in Jordan and 1 night upon returning from our trip to Petra. We decided to spend the night in Madaba rather than Amman because it is smaller and nicer. We were a family of 4 and we had a 2-room apartment. 1st large room with an XL double bed. 2nd room with an XL double bed. Well-equipped rooms with a small fridge, drinks available and a coffee machine. The evening meal was excellent and breakfast was top-notch. The staff were very attentive and kind and bent over backwards to satisfy us. We also asked for lunch boxes to take with us on the road. Thank you also to all the staff. We will not hesitate to return to this hotel next time. I 100% recommend the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and accommodated any request we had. They arranged a fantastic dinner for us when we arrived even though it was late, and kept their restaurant open well past the normal closing time. The food was some of the best I’ve had in Jordan and the breakfast had so many delicious options. The gym and the free minibar drinks and snacks were also an added bonus. I will be sure to recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Such beautiful hosts who made us feel like part of the family, even for the shortest of stays. Lovely and comfortable rooms. Amazing and delicious traditional ‘home made’ dinner in the cosy restaurant (you need to bottle and sell your hummus) and a breakfast buffet with so many choices.

Wonderful Experience Everything was close to Perfect….the owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the bedroom and bathroom were pristine, and the breakfast very sumptuous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend!
