Everything was great. We loved the place and the experiences. We stayed one night at Adel Rum camp, the bubble was very comfortable and big, we even had an extra small bed. The private bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The Jeep Wadi Rum tour and the stargazing tour were great but Bilal, Adel's brother, rendered this experience amazing and unique. He took many beautiful pictures of us and encouraged us to climb the rocks in a safe way. The bed was very big, and clean, there were no insects inside the bubble and the place was well organised and cozy. The dinner was very good with local food and the tea was delicious. The breakfast was good also with local flavours. We were able to park for free our car near the bubble even tho there is the possibility to park in town if recommended by the host. All the staff was very gentle.

We had a wonderful trip there, everything was great but the most exceptional thing in this camp was the staff, the family who runs the place are VERY kind, respectful, delightful and they care so much about every minute of your stay, especially Bilal, very friendly guy he stayed with us from the moment we booked till check out, the car tour with him was amazing. Also, the night stars tour with Abdullah was really enjoyable. I recommend this camp for anyone who wants to have a fun pleasant time with great friendly staff. The place is really beautiful and the host is a very humble person. We were in amman and arrived late, around 1.30 am at night. He waited for us and also made sure to keep dinner for us .The next day we went for a dessert safari which was really nice. He also let us check out late Breakfast was OK, and I did not have many options .

I would recommend this camp although it is outside the protected area. All the essential basic needs are met. The boss Adel is very responsive and attentive to any queries you may have. It gives me confidence to know what we are getting prior arrival. For those astro photographers, you can simply set up your camera outside the bubble and go to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The night sky view and the sunrise view from our tent were amazing. As for the activities, we took a 2-hour safari for the sunset, and it was beautiful. Additionally, the stargazing activity at night was also a very impressive experience for us. We would like to thank our guides and the hotel owners — everything was wonderful.

Everything was great! Adel and his family did their best to make our stay as comfortable as it gets. They even let me prepare my own coffee 😁☕. We had the 4 hour jeep tour to the desert, the experience was superb! The bubble room was very comfortable with A/C, spacious bathroom and enormous large bed. The stay at Adel was amazing and relaxing. The views from the pod were amazing! The hosts were nothing but friendly, happy and helpful people, who went out of their way to help and as a solo female traveller that meant alot. The bubble was amazing and air conditioned, loads of space and the amenities were great. The shower was really good, they had an english plug which was helpful and the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant where they serve dinner which I enjoyed, especially after one of the tours I did with them. There is wifi but I didn’t use it. Adel has a card machine which I am relieved they had. I enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed an extra night!

The host is transparent regarding costs there were no hidden fees like transport or parking. We took a private Wadi Rum tour that was 70 JD, which is a great price, and the guide was like a professional photographer. Dinner was included, and the food was also great!

There is WiFi and to be in the middle of nowhere at least you get a WiFi outside your bubble tent. When you go in the WiFi I can’t get inside the tent but still there is WiFi outside the terrace.

Adel’s family is great from his wife, two young little girls. They helped Adel to run the business. Bilal is Adel’s tour guide and his brother, it is family close business. The food was great and the tour value is awesome keep it up.

It was a small family run camp, the whole family was so friendly and helpful and did everything possible to make our stay an experience to remember. The views from the bubble were wonderful as we were well away from everything, unlike some of the other camps we saw. All our trips were pre booked with them, and there were no hidden extras, all was exactly as they said. A wonderful stay.

We loved our trip to rum and this was down to Adel and his family who run the camp. We were expecting something average and having to tell the kids to make do as its just a night camping and we were there just to see Rum. Upon entering the bubbles we were extremely impressed considering it's in the middle of the desert there wasn't a spec of dust. Everything was clean, the photos reflect reality, the bubbles are large with the ones we had have large double beds plus two single beds and a small table and couple of chairs. The toilets were clean, there was hot water (towels, soap and shampoo are all provided). Dinner and breakfast were also good and clean. The highlight however was the smiling faces and warm hospitality were we felt like guests rather than customers and really enjoyed our jeep ride. We would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Adel Rum and didn't want to leave! The camp is pristine and the hospitality is unmatched. We enjoyed a jeep tour in the desert as well as incredible stargazing in the evening. Everything in the bubbles were new and clean, wifi was great and the heater and hot hot showers were perfect for the cold desert night. Adel and his staff were incredibly welcoming and the meals they prepared for us were outstanding. Truly an incredible experience. I wish I had booked a longer stay!

We had an unforgettable experience in Wadi Rum, Jordan. Our guide, Bilal, was absolutely fantastic – always patient, never rushing us, and he even has an incredible eye for photography! The excursions were incredible, made even better by Bilal’s accommodating nature. The food was traditional Jordanian cuisine, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The camp itself was lovely, offering a perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. The breathtaking scenery exceeded all of our expectations, making it a truly memorable adventure.

Minimal things that certainly can easily be improved by the team - floor was dusty but what to expect in dessert - big towels provided were not enough for us. Had to share and kids can use the small one. - blankets not adequate to the queen bed-size (somehow the AC was really cold, I guess we underestimated the weather end of may early june) - ants in room - star gazing tour - perhaps provides blankets but truly again our bad to not be prepared for the coldness in supposedly summer. - to provide praying kiblah (arrow) in the room - internet doesn’t work so good in tent

Fits the criteria that we were looking for:- 1) Family friendly - kids enjoyed the playground, saw horses, herd of goats climbing the hills nearby, camel trips 2) Bubble camp (Not tent) - new clean tent, air conditioned 3) Ensuite bathroom - clean,excellent hot & cold good pressure showers. 4) Rooms that can fit 7 of us - (Although had to be separated in 2 camps) but we were close by 5) Must be Half-board - we got the most looked forward traditional Zarb dinner- the spread of food was festive. Breakfast was adequate. We got free drinks (actually forgot to pay but Adel says its a gift) 6) Trustable- other listings seems to have suspicious score and most of the comments seems fake. Although the property is new, reviews were quite genuine. 7) Affordable- best priced for the 7 of us with all the criteria’s we wanted. Our added on activities were also affordable, we joined sunset camel tour, star gazing and 2hours+ sunrise jeep tour for only 50 JOD for adults, kids free. Surprising additional things which makes me like this camp more:- 1) Immediate direct contact with owner via Whatsapp - very convenient to ask questions 2) Credit card accepted! 3) We thought we had to ride their jeeps from meeting point, but they only guide us to drive to the camps! What an experience to drive in Wadirum Dessert! We were ecstatic! 4) They were really helpful with planning our experience. Although we stayed for a short-while (got from Dead sea arrived 6pm, need to got Petra early the next day), I think we ticked-off everything that we wanted to see and do in Wadi-rum. 5) They were really helpful to help one of our friend who joined us the last minute. Thank you so much Adel. 6) Good wifi in restaurant 7) Masyaallah for the beautiful surrounding views

The mattress wasn't the best, but okay for 1-2 nights.

The host/owner Adel truly cares about his property and your experience. We immediately felt welcomed by him and his team. We had some issues with the wifi and they worked to fix them right away. The dinner experience was so lovely and unexpected, would highly recommend. This is not just a hotel but rather an experience. Definitely stay here! The room was clean and as described.
