All was good, hotel met and exceeded expectations

The hotel was super clean. Manager and staff were nice and helpful, quality of food at breakfast was good with options to eat lunch and dinner at the hotel main restaurant, bar or through room service. The hotel is located at the heart of Swefiyeh area with many malls, shops, restaurants and cafes within minutes of walking. All in all it was a great experience and the hotel management and staff made us feel like at home. Special thanks to Grace who indulged our 9 years old daughter, but also to reception, restuarant and bar staff, Iyad, Israa and everyone else whom names I did not get.

The walk-in shower could have a little bit more cover as we had to navigate the floor by the sink staying wet for a long time after we showered.

We absolutely loved our stay, the hotel seems to be recently renovated with good taste. Everywhere felt super clean and homey. I never wanted to leave our room! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Balcony we had was very cozy and comfortable, it's the highlight of the room. They were very helpful with our requests with front desk being available all the time. Room service was affordable and very tasty. The breakfast was exceptional, they had more than you could ask for. Wifi had good coverage and was stable. The location is perfect, everywhere you might go is about 10 minutes away by taxi and they have so many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Ms Grace welcomed and bid farewell to us very warmly. We would stay in Liwan again if we ever make it back to Amman.

No milk for the coffee in the room but I am sure if I had asked they would have sorted something out.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The manager/owner Grace is amazing. She is very proud of her hotel and has big plans for the future. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Breakfast is excellent with adequate choices daily. My double room was excellent with plenty of facilities. The cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend staying here.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel was in a night neighbourhood, with shopping malls and local shops nearby. The tourist centre of town was a short uber ride away. Breakfast was nice. Overall, good value for money.

Location was a little out of the way but it was easy and cheap to order a careem to try good restaurants about 15mins away.

A few nights there was loud music from a nightclub below. Clearly this is beyond the control of the hotel but if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs! In spite of this, I would stay here again as this was the only negative. Ask for a room away from the night club, on the other side of the hotel.

Room 208 was a large and very comfortable suite with large windows all along one side bringing in lots of light. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings throughout, large shower in a modern clean bathroom. There was also a small kitchenette (which I didn't use) but would be suitable for making light meals. Overall the room was very impressive and extremely good value for money. It's just a few minutes walk to Baraka Mall. The hotel common areas are very spacious and well maintained and the staff exceptionally friendly and eager for guests to have a good stay. Breakfast is a buffet affair with plenty of choice, in a pleasant restaurant on the ground floor. The owners are working hard to upgrade and maintain the hotel and if you want to stay in this area (Swefieh) this is a solid option well above the competition when it comes to quality of accommodation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, situated near the 7th Circle area, where you can easily catch buses for your organized trips. The hotel's interior was nice, with an oriental and simple design. The room was spacious and pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the purple wall—haha. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with everything you need. I also appreciated the complimentary two bottles of mineral water provided daily in the room. All the staff were very nice and kind: the receptionists, Grace, the chef at the restaurant, and the cleaning ladies all welcomed me with warm smiles. I requested a breakfast box very early in the morning due to an early trip, and by 5:00 AM, it was ready without any need to wait. I want to thank everyone, and next time, I hope to stay longer, inshaAllah :)

Great hotel all round. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff. Good onsite bar! A bit further out from some of the main sights like the citadel, but easy and very cheap to get an Uber.

We arrived after a long drive from Aqaba. Lunch was over but the manager had the chef cook us a 3 course lunch/dinner within 20 minutes. The food was amazing. Typical Jordanian dishes. We were flying home at 3.30 am the next day. The manager arranged for a boxed breakfast for us as we we had an early departure. She also arranged taxis for both me at 1 am and my daughter who was leaving on a different later flight at 5 am. The taxi drivers were known to the manager so I was totally comfortable with my daughter, a student travelling in the taxi on her own to the airport.

Only the fact that when I wanted to wash my clothes, the housekeeping didn`t have a plastic basin, but that just would be more comfortable to do it there. Anyway, I managed to wash them myself,

People working there are very kind, always ready to help, listen to you and your needs. The place itself is very authentic, clean, calm and pleasing to the eye.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to the breakfast chef. Rooms are spacious. We were a group of 17 people. Only one room wasn’t up to the expectations, lacking some of the comfort available in the other room. Rooms and bathrooms are relatively kept clean, not the sparkling cleanliness but fine enough. Some neighbors were extremely noisy at night but in general it is calm hotel. Grabbing a taxi or an Uber is very easy and you can access any touristic area in Amman for around 3JOD
