I liked the location,which was close to Paris circle,a hub for shopping, few restaurants and it was easy to hail taxis ...We stayed at this place on two occasions and the stay was pleasurable on both occasions. Mr Basel and the Door man Mr Abdul helped us with our trips to Madeba, Jerash ,Baptism site and many such places ...The breakfasts were arranged at a close by restaurant and I found the menu options were impressive and sumptuous...

It would help to have a little more guidance as there was no real lobby and you had to directly contact the owner.

The location of the hotel is great as it is situated near historical sites and walkable areas. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were accommodating for requests. The breakfast voucher is very welcome as it is a great option for an introduction to Arabic breakfast! The owner is very responsive to messages most times of the day.

Only à minor point: Breakfast was included via vouchers for a great cafe 5 mins walk away. This wasn’t communicated when we arrived so there was some confusion on the first morning. Luckily we asked and someone was on site to give us the vouchers.

We arrived very late (1.30am) as our flight didn't arrive until midnight. Unfortunately the night manager didn't speak English which, as there was some confusion regarding our booking made it a difficult start. However, Basel (the owner) was very happy to help us out.

Breakfast was at a cafe just up the street, 5 mins no more. The residence provides a voucher for each person redeemable at the cafe. The food is fabulous and will keep you going all day. The residence itself was clean, well equiped and the room we had was excellent

No snacking/dinning facility on campus. While breakfast is in tie-up with another restaurant which is amazing food. Don't miss it. There is no on-campus place for eating. So, get your own snacks when you go out.

Very Nice room and spotlessly clean! Very good neigbourhood with plenty of nice restaurants. To go downtown is a 15 minute walk down streep streets or stairs. Easier to take a taxi from downtown to the Lemon Tree Residence back up .

The staff was amazing! Breakfast included was probably the best breakfast we had during our stay. You get the vaucher and it is in a close by place, amazing foood. It is clean, cute in a very quite neighbourhood but also very convinient to walk to the very croweded places and sightseeings. We had a rent-a-car but we simply walked to everywhere.

Just depending on a personal preference - one of us likes smaller pillows, and ones provided was very big :)

Location is fantastic - very convenient, in the old town with bars, restaurants and grocery shop accessible within minutes. Breakfast - served in a local cafe place, was highlight of our day. Room had all the amenities, bed comfortable, clean. Staff very helpful, always smiling and answering our never ending questions with a smile. Would highly recommend! :)
