I think the hotel has no gym. But there is one across the street.

The tv was not working and it was not a microwave available in the room for a stay of more than 5 days those are necessary

The room wasn’t clean also bed sheets weren’t clean also there were a small insects a lot in the bathroom and also in the rest of the room.

The hotel needs more cleanliness and maintenance, it looks old. Even after they clean the room you will find dust and dirt. The breakfast food is very limited and has no varieties The swimming pool filters are always off

Breakfast is a let down, due to not able to toast the bread properly, boiled eggs didn't look appetising, there was something in the milk. Quite basic but ok for the price and if you want a light basic breakfast

I came with my friend to visit and we didn’t had chance to prebook so we searched on booking and I was the closest one for us, we called them and the give price higher than booking 3 times so we decided to book through booking.com , it was normal hotel but the good thing is the friendly staff

The number of staff was kinda little, we arrived kinda late [around 01:00 AM], and we didn't find staff to help us to transfer our bags. There is a GYM but it needs maintenance, also, the pool has no heaters (or not working). The rooms were good and clean, but extra cleaning was needed in hidden places. Also, regards the rooms, maintenance is needed for some parts like lamps. The breakfast was acceptable and good, but It was very modest. Overall, the place is good value to service, but it needs some small improvements to excel.

The value was good. It has a good location, and it was in a quiet place. Regarding the location, lots of good services are available around, like markets, banks, and an exchange office, even a branch of carrefour is around but kinda far away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good and clean.

Ahmad, the receptionist reached out to us in order to arrange transportation at the hotel. Also, the staff was very helpful - giving us advices about the exchange office, how to reach city center. Also, they borrowed us their telephone to talk to our travel agency about the visit to Petra. In addition to this, once we checked out, we left our luggage for two days and they kept it safely!

location is ok Staff helped us to take taxi via uber. Near by location is place to buy your local stuff of food and drink, ( 200 to 400 mts from hotel ). If you want some what quiet place then you can work.
