How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean, and the view is very nice of the Roman theater. The hotels personal were very kind and understanding, and very helpful.

Drinking water is not provided, there is an iron but you have to return it immediately after use
Good location, walkable to downtown, new hotel but still under construction, very comfortable room, spacious and clean, beautiful view.

The hotel is brand new and still being finished. It is a beautifully appointed location. Central and probably one of the closest hotels you will find to all the downtown attractions. The team here super friendly and welcoming. Muhammad and Christine were just incredible. They gave us tips of where to go and eat and shop. Just an incredible little hotel.

Very clean,quiet, kind staff,I want to thank everyone there specially Christen who was travelling in a taxi , she stopped for me and took me to the hotel while I was waiting for a taxi at a busy street.

Clean, safe, modern, great location near a public parking area and near the Citadel. Amazing view from the rooftop and from the balcony. The breakfast prepared by Chef Ali was above expectations and Dena took great care of us and our needs, always super friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, I would stay there again!

The room was really noisy which is expected for a room in downtown Amman, but it felt like the windows still needed to be sealed to try and stop some of the noise. It was like the window was open. Bring earplugs as they help, but still not enough.
The location is really excellent - right across the road from the Roman Amphitheatre and close to the steps up to the Citadel. It is also really close to the hustle and bustle of Amman downtown - great for seeing what life is like in the city. The breakfast was the best we got in Jordan during our stay, and Chef Mama was wonderful host, great to see her in the mornings :) The staff at the front desk were really really nice and pleasant.

The plugs on the wall are old and often when a charger is plugged, easily it loses the connection with the electricity.
The Position is good, front of the old Roman theatre, and close to attractions. The room was big and nice, breakfast rich.

Everything was amazing. Viktor helped us with everything we needed, he called the taxis for us when we had to leave and was very kind with us. If you are thinking about going to Jerash or the Dead Sea I recommend you to book it through them. I lost my wallet on the transfer and the driver came back just to gave it to me because Viktor called him. Also, the breakfast is amazing and I highly recommend it. Chef Ali is great. If you are planning to go to Amman I recommend you this Hotel.
