Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IsraelI had a wonderful stay at the Landmark Amman Hotel! The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was very well organized. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that we felt comfortable and welcome. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service of Mr. Ahmad Alradiday, who took care of cleaning our room. He was professional, polite, and very detail-oriented. Every day, he made sure our room was perfectly clean and tidy, and he did it with a warm smile that made us feel at home. Ahmad truly went above and beyond, and his dedication made a big difference in our experience. Thank you to the Landmark Amman team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back again!

Everything! From the bed that is extremely comfortable (I really slept more than usual), till the food, the view from the Skybar, the swimming pool, but especially the staff. From the duty manager to the guy who cleaned my room, all are very friendly and ready to help! Fantastic!

BahrainLoved the whole experience! We were a group of friends and have booked 4 . At first we were placed on different floors but they managed to sort that out that for , which was so appreciated . And on our last day we wanted a late checkout so the dutty manager ( Joan or Jomana not really sure of the name ) got us a late checkout though hotel was fully booked ! The bell boys / concierge team were beyond helpful and supportive they helped us pack our boxes , tape them and also weight them to check the weight for us to be ready for the airport. I plane to go to Jordan again and I will be definitely staying in the same hotel .

SwitzerlandIt's not that I didn't like it, but it's just a remark. There is no sidewalk at the exit of the hotel, and it was difficult to go for a walk with the family without a car.
I had a wonderful stay at the Landmark Hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the staff for their outstanding hospitality.
