Waseem at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we had an accessible room close to everything, which made a huge difference for us as my son has special needs. Ivan welcomed us warmly at the door, and Foad and Cecil from the restaurant provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Me and my wife stayed at the Kempinski for our anniversary and it was remarkable. We enjoyed every second of our trip, the hotel was extremely clean and the service was impeccable. We booked a deluxe room with a semi private pool and it was so convenient when bringing our baby along. We didn’t want to leave! Big shoutout to Glydel for her help while checking in, and Ivan for checking up on us also at breakfast. Manal is a star, she will take care of your baby at the kids club. You can be sure that your baby is in safe hands while you're at the sea putting on mud. Amazing staff.

United KingdomThe food is expensive, and alcohol is extremely expensive. Whilst the food is delicious, it is pricey. Undergoing construction, which did not disturb our stay, but it would have been nice to know before booking.
Exceptional experience, we would 100% stay here again. There is very little that you can not do here. Kids club, pools, beach, daytime DJs, and so much more. We stayed for 2 nights and feel like we still had more to see. Golf carts help you navigate around the complex.
