Reviews of Kempinski Hotel Aqaba 5 stars

The room was spacious facing the sea. The breakfast was rich and the staff was very nice. The beach was stunning, right next to the hotel.

There were a few things I really didn't expect from a 5-star hotel 1. The cleanliness of the rooms wasn't that good, towels were changed hours after the room was finished being cleaned. 2. The mini bar was free, it only had drinks, no snacks or chocolates, and they would refill it only if I picked up the phone to the reception 3. It was forbidden to bring food from outside the hotel, I didn't notice the sign when I arrived, and I had a dessert that they wouldn't let me bring in, nor eat it in the lobby, and my children and I had to eat it at the hotel entrance, in the heat. 4. My daughter wasn't feeling well, I asked for water at 9:30 AM, they brought me the water at 11:50 AM, right at check-out. I expected more from a 5-star hotel

It was a great stay., everything was perfect. The staff were very kind and answer all our needs. Unfortunately, We had a situation that we needed to check out before the scheduled time and Rami Hussein the front office manager was very helpful and understanding and accepted to refund us.
