As a female I felt unsafe while walking at night around the location of the hotel, but that has nothing to do with the hotel or their hosts, they have been great to us and even did their best to make me feel safe around the roadside.

It was a great stay and Ahmed was a very friendly and responsible host. He arranged everything for us from pick up to sightseeing to drop off. This was our first international tour and we had a good time.

The property itself is very close proximity to most of the archeological sites, its approximately 5 mins walk to Amman Roman Amphitheater, 15mins walk to Amman Citadel, the local market is just next to the hotel. Also the staff, especially AHMAD is very helpful since the day i made the bookings. He helped us to book a rent a car the moment we arrived and depart Jordan. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He even gave us tips on where to eat ti experience local restaurants. Im giving it a 5/5 with the help of Ahmad!

Location is perfectly located in heart of Amman. Ahmed and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We did walking tour and was enjoyable too. Rooms and facilities are good. If you want to see Amman it’s good place to stay.

rooms were without TV for the kids, beds not super comfort. breakfast very poor and no options were available.

in our stay the location was perfect as it was in the city center and the staff were very helpful. the room was clean and wide, bathroom clean. near to the hotel we had everything, few minutes walk to the Huseiiny Mosque and the market, the rainbow street was near enough. a lot of restaurants, bars and all what you need in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful! They took our luggage to the room, explained us everything about breakfast and parking outside. It was a little bit cold for us during the night since we’ve been there in the middle of April, but besides that, everything was perfect 😊

No lift, you'll need to climb steps (but it's a tower hotel :)) There’s no private parking, which was expected given the location. The nearest paid parking costs 3 JOD/day, but there’s a free option near the Roman Theater, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

I had an extremely good experience staying at Jordan Tower Hotel. From the moment I placed my booking, the host, Ahmad was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Any request I made was responded to immediately and efficiently, making our stay very smooth and comfortable. The service truly exceeded my expectations. The host who’s in charge at night, Yazid always ask if we’re doing good. The lady at the restaurant, Camil, also very helpful and attend to our request since we bring children. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman.

Great location in the middle of downtown. The boys working there and the Philippine lady are doing a great job keeping everyone happy. I think moving the reception down to where the restaurant is now would be a good idea. It will help catch more people and help fill up the shared tour options, as it seemed not to be as easy as advertised to go on a shared trip.

Great location right in the heart of the old town. Room was spacious and clean. Special mention to Ahmed who were communicating to me via whatsapp before my stay organising tours and airport transfer and helped promptly with car hire. Also his colleagues both did everything they could to help us. Highly recommended.
