The hotel is located very close to the ancient site of Jerash, which makes it perfect for anyone wanting to visit the archaeological area. For the price we paid, which was very affordable, it was just right. The rooms were fine, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Alaa, the young woman at the reception, brought us a delicious breakfast and some tea—she was incredibly sweet and friendly. They even allowed us to visit the site before checking out!

Location is perfect, a cross jarash site, in a busy street with lots of shops and resturants. The room is spaceious & comfortable with an amazing view of jarash site. Staff are very welcoming, and helpful, specail thanks for Ala'a and Nazeer for their very nice services and khaled for his cooperation and quick respond to sort out a little issue and changed the room. Note;Jarash festival is a great experience, worth attending while visiting during that time.

Location is amazing. The ruins are close and cross the street, but the entrance is 3 min by car, don't go walk, use a car, since you have to walk alot insde the ruins it self.

    Odd smell in the bathroom.

Breakfast view on top floor was stunning. Location excellent next to Roman Jeras. Staff friendly and helpful, although the English was a bit limited this was not an issue.

The restaurant the hotel recommends is way to expensive, I recommend going to the Abu Ahmed restaurant next to the expensive one :)

The listing stays check in is available from 12. We got there at 2pm and were told our room wasn’t ready, we waited for 45 mins in the cafe. After waiting we were taken to our room which wasn’t ready, the cleaners were still cleaning the floor. The shower didn’t drain. There was 5cm of water in the bathroom the whole time, with residue from the drains coming up and floating in the water. The whole room stank of sewage. WiFi was barely usable. Cafe was not open in the morning. Trash left on the tables and terrace.

    Location is excellent

Room was not fit for purpose! Water leak with dripping water down the wall, being caught by rotten towels hidden behind curtains which swelled awful. Shower had brown water coming out and was poorly finished. Toilet and shower were dirty. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty. We had to leave the room for an hour late at night for it to be cleaned which still wasn’t sufficient. We booked a Jordanian buffet breakfast (which we had to pay extra for) for 7:00 am and when we went to the restaurant we were met with a mess from the previous evening’s bar and there was no sign of breakfast. When we asked the staff they said they thought it was for 10:00 and asked us to give them 40 mins to sort breakfast. They then turned up with pizza from the fast food shop below the hotel. This was unacceptable and not what we had been told we would get. At that point we decided to leave the hotel and asked for our money back for the breakfast. We should have had a refund for the room too. At checkout they also asked us not to leave a bad review when they knew they should never had rented out the room.

    Only the location.

It was a beautiful trip to Jordan, and the Jerash Hotel was a very wonderful hotel. The staff is very nice, and the view was wonderful. The Roman ruins of Jerash were all in front of you. I opened the curtains and looked at the view. On the fifth floor, they have a very beautiful location with everything. It was called Al-Zaytouna, and it was overlooking the Jerash Mountains and the ruins of Jerash. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Jerash Hotel, I promise you that I will repeat it again ❤️👌🏻

If you're visiting the ancient city of Jerash, this hotel is a great base. Just a few minutes from the Roman ruins, Jerash Hotel offers clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, and a calm atmosphere. The breakfast is basic but fresh, and enjoying it on the terrace with views over the city is a real treat. Free parking is a bonus if you're driving. It’s not luxury, but it’s affordable, peaceful, and right where you need to be. Perfect for travelers who value location and simplicity.

Hotel is a building site. The family suite we were offered, the toilet didn't work so we were moved.. The room had only light curtains so the room was lit all night by the bright street lights and then the early morning sun. The glass in the window offered absolutely no sound proofing and the room faced a very busy noisy street.. There was no hot water for showers this morning, the room is not ready for guests and was dirty..The breakfast room has a gorgeous view of the ruins but it's covered in builders dust. The staff were lovely but unfortunately I could not recommend this hotel at this time..

Parts of the hotel are currently refurbished. 4th floor is under construction with all the dirth associated with refurbishment. Service was poor, the breakfast buffet still had the left-overs from the day before. I had to ask to clean the table before having breakfast. There was a refrigerator and a water heater in the room, but not connected to electric power and no cups and tea bags for making tea or coffee.

The hotel is located opposite the historical site with a great view from the roof top. That's it.

I visited Jerash with my mum and we really liked the place, the reception people at the entrance were very kind and helped us with the parking spot. Additionally, it's 10minutes by walk to Jerash old ruins, very close and truly recommend it!

The hotel (today) is still under construction and cleaning could be improved. Staff insists to write down a good review on Booking , which I don't think that's correct at all.
