KuwaitOn my check out I have paid extrabmoney for items used from the mini bar, but later on when i double checked I have found out the the hotel made me pay twice for 2 bottle of water that I have already paid for from the night before from their cafe!
The room is spacious for a small family, the shower is very useful for small babies and toddlers, the kitchen is an added plus, plus its very clean, and in a prime location.

We been only one night in this beautiful hotel. We booked suite and we got beautiful two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. The breakfast was really decent with variety of Arabic and international food offerings. Ratio of paid and what we got was really worth it. Highly recommended!

Very spacious room with nice facilities. Comfortable, quiet, good hot water in the shower. Great staff. Easy parking. The location worked well--easy to make day trips out of town and it was right next to the mall where we did shopping. It was Ramadan, so no breakfast buffet, but the hotel provided very good breakfasts delivered to our room. The rooms have microwaves and a mini fridge. There were no plates or utensils or bowls, but we asked the hotel for some and then we were able to buy at the supermarket and prepare/heat up simple food for ourselves for lunch or dinner. Once again, especially nice during Ramadan to be able to do.

Amazing hotel on the side of Amman. It was good 20 mins from Amman but it was great for us as we only planned to be one day in the city and it was easier to go to the places we wanted to visit from outside the city. Very luxurious and clean. The staff were amazing.
