Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe bathroom sink drain was leaking when we arrived. That was fixed promptly. Then our key malfunctioned (but we didn't know it was the key) and our door wouldn't lock. That was fixed in two tries. There was some language barrier with English. We called for our car, which had valet parked, and they didn't understand, and we waited around for several minutes before we went back inside to ask about it. The breakfast options for gluten free & egg free were almost non-existant.

IsraelOnly one key per room, which is very inconvenient. The rooms are clean but lack towels. After calling the reception and waiting for more than half an hour, there were still no towels. Not all rooms have a landline phone to contact the reception.
The place is excellent in a good area, close to restaurants, shops, and a market. The staff’s service is very good. Good breakfast.

QatarI stayed at the hotel for six nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The bed linen was not changed at all during my entire stay. Slippers were not provided, and the carpet was noticeably dirty. Towels were missing on most days, and the room was often left uncleaned despite me being out daily from 12 PM to 12 AM. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work for the first two days, and the shower door was broken. And they didn't clean the bathroom.
