Lady at Check in could have been a bit more welcoming. She probably didn’t have a good day. Room could have had some more attention to detail and decoration.

We booked a room for a couple of hours because we had a 20 hour stop over during the day and needed some sleep. We were able to check-in early. Room was quite big. Big roof terrace has nice views

The people, the staff, the environment, and everything about the place. The hostel has an amazing way of making the beds feel private, even in its shared setting. At the same time, the hostel has such a unique spirit in getting together the stayers in its common rooms and other facilities. I truly loved it and contributed greatly to my impression of Amman. I will definitely return soon. P.s: please consider offering shisha on the rooftop, it will genuinely be so amazing and convenient😭

Just a note: there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage to the third floor could be a bit of a challenge.

The hostel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The trash was taken out daily, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. I also appreciated the free seasonings and tea available.

I don't know whose idea it was, but it's disrespectful to not serve coffee and tea with breakfast—having to pay extra for it is something I've never encountered before in my life. Additionally, the hotel lacks any local Jordanian atmosphere.

I liked the vibes of the hostel, specially the rooftop view and the little garden with flowers and cats. The staff members are amazing and you quicky feel at home. The bed are very comfy as much as they smell well 😁 The area could be far from the down town (15 min) but it worth as it is a calm neighbour with all commodities around! Morgane !

I stayed at Battuta for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The place has a great vibe — cozy, clean, and full of character. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. The location is perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. It’s a great mix of comfort and community, and I’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

My room was a bit too loud outside, but nothing too bad. Maybe because it was in the first floor.

Location is good, the terrace has a good view on the city, rainbow street that is a good touristic place It's nearby also a local pub. Breakfast was surprisingly good, I would recommend the pancakes. In overall good vibe and the staff super friendly

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and social. The hostel events were also a great way to meet new people, such as free dinner or a movie. And the tours booked through the hostel were extremely convenient and went seamlessly. There’s also a little market that sells general goods around 50m away.
