    This is the second time i come here, and every-time its better than before, the hotel is super clean, the staff is amazing very helpful and kind, in particular Ali, Sara and Sally. We got a nice upgrade. Breakfast had everything on the table. I recommend it for a relaxing time and good experience.

    Evrey thing the staff the food the spa all was very good

    Just one thing i was coming to the hotel for chek in befor 2 hourse and i get the room one hour after tje chek in but they let me stay one hour after the chik out

    Great room, really spacious & clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

    Pool is small so not much space for more than a few guests to swim.

    I liked the staff was very welcoming spacialy sally and sara at reception ... thank you so much.

    The reception staff doesn't have chairs to sit on .. i hope next time they do have something to sit on .

    very clean, comfortable bed and everything available in room.Staff wonderful and very welcoming.

    No electrical sockets by the bed. tv channels were poor and no access to netflix etc. ipad for lights didn’t work well. windows very dirty and in a very run down area.

    I had an excellent stay at Hilton Amman. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The breakfast was rich with many delicious options, and the facilities are well maintained. What really made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but I want to give a special thanks to Rawan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She truly made me feel welcome and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend Hilton Amman for anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

    breakfast ans service at the dining was superb everything else was below standard

    reception team do not pass info from morning staff to evening staff. i checked out noon and paid for room + car transport to airport while checking with gust service relation lady about make sure my ride is on time'her answe was , the crossing was closed , i gathered that she meant the crossing to the west bank . she has no idea where the amman airport is located. then night reception was telling me i did not pay for the room nor the ride , i do not know what he is looking for , i had to pull out my credit card transactions to show him that i paid
