Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IsraelI had an excellent stay at Hilton Amman. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The breakfast was rich with many delicious options, and the facilities are well maintained. What really made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but I want to give a special thanks to Rawan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She truly made me feel welcome and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend Hilton Amman for anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

Spotless room with a comfy bed. Had an upgrade and breakfast! Breakfast had a wide spread of local and international options. Delicious food! Courteous and attentive staff, especially at the concierge, front desk and security. There is an ATM machine! Had a welcome drinks at upon arrival, and dates!
