The bed was very uncomfortable, and so was the pillow. The hotel in general is old, so there were no plugging holes near one side of the bed. The water pressure on the third floor was very poor so it was difficult to take a shower. The room is noisy, the fridge, the air conditioner and the water heater inside the bathroom make noise.

The hotel is well located and it was easy to park because it was august. The room was big.

The staff were exceptionally accomodating to our needs and the hotel is perfectly placed. Fantastic in room facilities and we had a view of the citadel! The street is as quiet and clean and easy to find. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our trip to Jordan.

Tv worked very inconsistently on satellite. Whilst water hit the shower pressure was very poor. Seems to vary with rooms as in earlier stay both the tv worked well and the water pressure was excellent

Although the facilities at Jabal Amman are a little tired, the welcome is very friendly and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring Rainbow Street. The room was large with some self-catering facilities and had fantastic views on two sides towards Downtown. A good budget choice.

Way too expensive for what you get. Room was facing a school so it was very noisy in the morning even with earplugs. The big bed is in fact 2 small mattresses stuck together so not comfortable. Room didn’t get cleaned on the first day, had to ask every morning to make sure it will. On arrival day the shower was full of sand on the floor. I had to ask 3 times to get the right password for the wifi, every staff member thought he had the good one. Breakfast wasn’t great, no fresh fruits.

It wasn't a problem for us as they closed early because no one was there, but there is a bar in the next door building which could play loud music.

Nice location on Rainbow St away from the busy souks and downtown. Short walk downhill to below the Citadel/ampitheatre and souks, a steeper walk back up to the Hotel. Can always catch a taxi back if this is a problem. Rainbow St offered many restaurants/take away eateries and modern boutique shopping options. Good breakfast served at the Hotel. Rooftop bar across the road with great views over Amman.

I think the hotel could do with a painting refresh. The room allocated was nice but the lighting could be improved.

The hotel was ideally situated just off Rainbow Street which is a popular tourist destination, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops etc. It is also about 20 mins walk to the Jordan museum and the Roman historical sites, Jordan Fine arts museum. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. I had a very earlier departure from the hotel and the staff arrange for my breakfast to be available prior to my departure. Breakfast selection was good. Many thanks. The room allocated was a good size and comfortable.

The location, at one end of Rainbow street is great. The apartment style rooms are nice ... not very fancy but quite cozy. The breakfast is adequate and the staff were kind enough to let me extend my check-out time a bit since I had an evening flight.
