The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped us get tickets to the Petra at night and helped my husband find a store to buy shoes. It’s nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was very good as was breakfast.

Lacking small Attention to detail as this was a 5star hotel maybe that needs adjusting. Had to ask for robes, coffee , ice No information in the room regarding on site restaurants or coffee shop No menus or prices.

The Staff were fantastic Couldn't be more helpful Always smiling 😃 The room was large with a great view and a balcony Near visitors center Restaurants, supermarkets, shops nearby Parking on site.

It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open on the days we visited, but there were excellent options nearby.

The location is perfect. There’s a fabulous pool and hot tub to relax tired bodies after the walk. The staff were friendly and the room was excellent.

Nothing much just the carpark parking has limited space but was not an issue for us as we managed to park everyday.

Everything was super new, clean and nice. Look like a new hotel but then it was clean. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was a good range but could have more varieties to improve. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is on a hill up but the view is amazing but if you hate walking up , then this is not for you. But it is close to shops and amenities to get and even great restaurants further up the hillside. The cafe and sisha was great in the night with the cool view. Staff were super friendly also

The nicest staff I have ever met. They also great us with the biggest smiles. When we just finished trekking they bring us nice cold hibiscus drinks. The receptionist himself came up with the kitchen staff to deliver breakfast. And not to mention all facilities are perfect - nicest shower we had in all our trips. Lastly, if you are visiting Petra, it is only a 5 minute walk from the visitor center. Super convenient. Everything is good here, 10 out of 10.

Incredible hospitality from start to finish! From the moment we arrived - on a very hot day - we were warmly welcomed with a cold, refreshing drink at the entrance. The receptionist took the time to clearly explain everything, which made us feel right at home. The facilities, breakfast, and dinner were all exceptional. One especially thoughtful gesture stood out: after we had checked out and left our luggage to visit Petra, the hotel kindly offered us a shower upon our return. It truly felt like they cared about us and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect!

Special thanks to Samer, Mome (Toto) and the guy who said hibiscus tea. All the staff were kind and professional with great attention to detail. There was a wide array of food for breakfast. The rooms were spacious. The hotel comes with good facilities like a pool etc. The hotel is situated at a 5 min walk to the entrance of Petra

Very happy with our choice of hotel. All the staff are very helpful, and we were received with a warm welcome by Ejaz and the Reception team. Momen who is the Reception Supervisor made my birthday stay extra special and took great care of us. If we needed anything, the FOH team were available to assist us with a big smile. The location is fabulous, great variety of food for breakfast and the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Towels are fluffy and the shower facilities are excellent. Just what you need after a long day exploring. In our opinion this is a very luxurious hotel (and there are many hotels all around making it hard to choose because we had no recommendations to go by), we made the right choice. A modern hotel in a very convenient location 🙏

Everything in the hotel was very new and well planned. Location is perfect, just 7 minutes from the main gates of Petra. Special praise deserves personnel of the hotel - they really made their every best effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Momen who works at the reception was very attentive and helpful. We also absolutely loved the guys who work in the hotel’s restaurant. They were amazing and exceeded our expectations. Many thanks for making our stay so nice and unforgettable ♥️

The hotel is pretty new and clean and the staff is really welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool is amazing however I was a little bit disappointed because the sauna and Turkish bath was not open.
