Tv did not work in my room and the room service menu was quite limited.

We came to swim and, boy was it perfect!! Lovely staff, comfortable room. Will absolutely do this again! Great value!

Location as there are no shops close by.

The facilities are great, such as the pool and the gym. Breakfast is really good. The hotel is old but very clean.

The security guard and the valet were talking about me in Arabic when I arrived and it seemed like they were making jokes about me which in all cases I didn’t quite like. The valet gave the guard 50 dinars as I was just sitting outside and they tried to impress me. They asked where I was from and they assumed I couldn’t understand Arabic. Then I said I can understand some Arabic and they reacted shocked. I tried to mind my own business, but somehow they were a little bit too minded with my business. I think this hotel can do much better as for “welcoming staff”. Honestly the behaviour was a shame because the rest of the staff treated me super nicely.

I really like the breakfast. There were a lot of options and the staff at the diner were very professional and weren’t overwelming, something I quite liked!

I needed to request a towel two times after the room service cleaned the room.

Although hotel is a bit old, but no effect on comfort and cleanliness. Nothing really to complain about.

The title grand is a little bit outdated. It really needs a massive refurbishment in the both rooms(I stayed in the sister property for two nights) the bath or the shower didn’t work properly. There’s an overriding smell of tobacco throughout the whole property, but that’s actually Jordan all over.

It was convenient for the thing I needed to do and has some good facilities a nice bar and a breakfast is absolutely superb.

There is no shop within close range. Busy and Abdali neighborhood is walking distance, but the way there is not pleasant for pedestrians.

The rooms are quite dated in design , and the location is abit noisy as next to a school and motorway

It’s clean but sadly it needs a refresh carpet furniture in all the rooms. Would not put us off stay again as the amenities in regency & bar area are lovely

Unfortunately, a guest had a "call girl" with him in the hotel, and the scene was quite unpleasant, especially if you are traveling with your children. The a room was initially VERY unclean, especially the carpets and smelled horribly of cigarets. But upon complaining to the staff, it was cleaned the next day thoroughly. Special thanks to the head of reception who was very diligent and made sure I had more than a pleasant stay.

The best part about this place is its location. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed two nights and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like queens. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the only hotel we stayed at which gave us never ending water. We left our last day to Petra before breakfast (included), but the lovely staff provided us with breakfast in tuppers to go. Would definitely go back there.

Counter staff were a bit disengaged at times and it was a challenge to try and get back my baggage I left for the day after I checked out and went on a tour before airport

The breakfast buffet was not the best we found in Jordan

We spent one night in Amman and this hotel was a very good choice as it provided a quiet room. The room was very clean and the staff was very polite. Good value for money
